兴业银行供应链金融风险控制研究

【摘要】：随着中国的改革开放的不断深化，中小企业成为一支后起之秀在中国经济的舞台上扮演着越来越重要的角色。然而中小企业融资难导致企业的发展频频遇到瓶颈，对国民经济的发展也产生了不利的影响。在大的宏观经济背景的召唤和问题亟待解决的危急关头，供应链金融横空出世，成为万千企业及银行业的新宠。随着市场的竞争日益激烈，尤其是在当前金融缓步调整的形势下，供应链融资作为一种崭新的金融创新服务，已经成为了国内外商业银行、财务公司，甚至物流行业共同追捧的焦点，更是利润的集中增长点。首先，本文在介绍供应链融资目前开展情况的基础上，选取在供应链融资领域崛起较快的一家股份制商业银行——兴业银行，作为研究对象，探讨了兴业银行供应链金融业务的运作模式，包括控货类融资、预付类融资和应收账款类融资业务，和其风险控制的方法。其次，在理论研究的基础上，文中给出了一个兴业银行开展供应链融资产品的具体案例，以增强其他银行在效仿兴业银行模式时的可操作性。然后，在推广兴业银行供应链金融模式的同时，也指出了目前此块业务不足的方面，并辅之以改进的建议。通过对兴业银行的供应链金融模式的探讨以及对其风险控制的分析，对于其他的股份制商业银行供应链金融业务的开展具有很大的借鉴意义，，同时对于兴业银行未来的供应链金融改进方向来说也具有积极的作用。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and opening up. Small and medium-sized enterprises become a rising star in the stage of China's economy plays an increasingly important role. However, the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises often lead to the bottleneck of the development of enterprises. The development of the national economy has also had a negative impact. In the call of the macro-economic background and the urgent need to solve the critical moment, the supply chain finance emerged. With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, especially in the current situation of financial slow adjustment, supply chain financing as a new financial innovation service. It has become the focus of domestic and foreign commercial banks, financial companies, and even logistics industry, but also the focus of profit growth. First of all, on the basis of introducing the current situation of supply chain financing, this paper selects a joint-stock commercial bank-Industrial Bank, which is rising rapidly in the field of supply chain financing, as the research object. This paper discusses the operation mode of supply chain financial business of SocGen Bank, including the financing of controlling goods, the financing of prepayment and the financing of accounts receivable, and the methods of risk control. Secondly, on the basis of theoretical research. In this paper, a specific case of SocGen Bank developing supply chain financing products is given in order to enhance the maneuverability of other banks when emulating the model of Societe Generale Bank. Then, while popularizing the supply chain finance model of SocGen Bank. It also points out the current lack of business, and supplemented by suggestions for improvement. Through the exploration of the supply chain financial model of Industrial Bank and the analysis of its risk control. It is of great significance for other joint-stock commercial banks to carry out the supply chain financial business, and it also plays a positive role in improving the future supply chain finance of SocGen Bank.
