【摘要】：文化产业作为一种新兴产业，以其特殊的产业特征为一国经济和社会带来积极影响。通常当国内人民物质需要达到满足时，精神文化需要会随之扩大，文化产业的发展潜力愈加显现，因此，其被视为反映一国综合实力的重要参照标准，受到国家广泛的关注。文化产业在传输文化、拉动消费和促进经济增长上发挥着重要作用，使得世界上许多国家都将其作为支柱性产业发展，由此各国分别在不同时期实施促进文化产业发展的战略性举措。我国的文化产业起步较晚，目前与一些发达国家有很大差距，但近年经济快速增长的态势、国家政府的高度重视为文化产业振兴提供了良好的外部环境。由于中国文化产业尚处于起步阶段，其发展壮大过程中离不开金融的大力支持，资金缺乏是制约文化产业成长的重要瓶颈。本文从文化产业的特点（固定资产少、担保抵押品少等）出发，围绕金融支持文化产业的内容展开研究。在文化产业定义和国内发展形势的分析中，引出金融服务文化产业的现状及存在问题，涉及到金融支持主体、文化产业本身和文化消费等方面，针对发现的问题，在思考如何使金融资金与文化资本对接过程中，考虑到政府引导的重要作用，将国家政策因素纳入研究范畴，并借鉴国外发达国家在文化产业金融支持方面的成功经验，最终提出相应的对策。经过分析与研究，本文意在达到以下两个目的：一是通过了解中国文化产业的特点及现状，总结出金融支持文化产业的具体形式，并根据各种形式中发现的已存问题提出利于加大金融服务文化产业力度的理论建议，并将互助合作基金和产业链金融的理念运用到文化产业，满足文化产业资金需求的同时扩宽金融业的发展空间；二是鉴于研究文化产业金融支持离不开国际经验提供的良好借鉴，因此列举了美国、英国、日本和韩国在这个领域的经验，，给予我国今后推进金融支持文化产业一些启示。
[Abstract]:Cultural industry as a new industry, with its special industrial characteristics of a country's economic and social impact, usually when the material needs of domestic people to meet, the spiritual and cultural needs will expand. The development potential of cultural industry is becoming more and more obvious, therefore, it is regarded as an important reference standard to reflect a country's comprehensive strength, and is widely concerned by the country. Cultural industry is transmitting culture. It plays an important role in stimulating consumption and promoting economic growth, which makes many countries in the world regard it as a pillar industry development. As a result, each country carries out the strategic measures to promote the development of cultural industry in different periods. China's cultural industry started relatively late, and there is a big gap with some developed countries, but in recent years, the rapid economic growth trend. The national government attaches great importance to the revitalization of the cultural industry to provide a good external environment, because the Chinese cultural industry is still in its infancy, its development and expansion process can not be separated from the financial support. Lack of funds is an important bottleneck restricting the growth of cultural industry. This paper starts from the characteristics of cultural industry (less fixed assets, less collateral). In the analysis of the definition of cultural industry and the situation of domestic development, it leads to the current situation and existing problems of the cultural industry of financial services, involving the main body of financial support. Cultural industry itself and cultural consumption and other aspects, in view of the discovered problems, how to make financial funds and cultural capital in the process of docking, taking into account the important role of government guidance. Bring the national policy factors into the scope of research, and learn from the successful experience of foreign developed countries in the cultural industry financial support, and finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures. After analysis and research. This paper is intended to achieve the following two purposes: first, through understanding the characteristics and current situation of Chinese cultural industry, summed up the specific forms of financial support of cultural industry. And according to the existing problems found in various forms, this paper puts forward some theoretical suggestions conducive to increasing the strength of financial service cultural industry, and applies the concept of mutual aid and cooperation funds and industry chain finance to the cultural industry. To meet the needs of cultural industry funds and expand the development space of the financial industry at the same time; Secondly, in view of the fact that the research on the financial support of cultural industry can not be separated from the good experience provided by international experience, it lists the experiences of the United States, Britain, Japan and South Korea in this field. To our country in the future to promote the financial support of cultural industries some enlightenment.
