【摘要】:我国城市商业银行是继国有商业银行大中型股份制商业银行之后的银行体系的重要组成部分,素有银行体系第三梯队之称城市商业银行在区域内的中小企业融资城乡居民金融服务方面具有大型商业银行无法比拟的先天优势,如果能与大型商业银行形成优势互补,无疑会对国民经济的发展起到及其重要的作用然而,随着各城市商业银行的业务和规模的发展,城商行普遍具有做大做强的冲动,市场定位与成立之初渐行渐远基于此种情形,文章首先回顾了城市商业银行的发展历史以及现状,认真分析了我国现有商业银行体系的基本结构,并将整个银行体系划分出来进行对比研究以寻找各自定位的异同点然后,大胆提出利用银行持续盈利能力大小模拟城市商业银行定位有效与否在此基础上仔细分析识别可能影响我国城市商业银行盈利能力大小的因素,搜集相关数据利用Eviews软件进行实证分析基于实证研究结果为我国城市商业银行的准确市场定位提供依据参考全文框架如下,共分为六个部分 第一部分:引言概述本文的研究背景及研究目的 第二部分:国内外相关理论的文献综述,,并阐明本文的研究思路及创新之处 第三部分:我国城市商业银行的分析介绍城市商业银行的发展历程和所处现状,并将其与国内其他类型商业银行和发达国家中小银行的定位状况进行比较研究与国内其他银行的比较分析中侧重风险管理资产质量管理以及资产规模对银行经营绩效的影响而在与发达国家的比较研究中侧重分析了不同国家对中小银行的定位特色和决策流程 第四部分:我国城市商业银行市场定位中存在的问题从地方行政干预,市场多元化经营,地域限制,风险集中程度,产品同质化等角度分析城市商业银行的定位失策,指出忽视准确定位的经营隐患 第五部分:城市商业银行的实证研究选择了包括城商行的业务多元化程度(P_NIR和Entropy指标)行业宏观环境及竞争程度(CRn指标)决策效率水平(P_SOS指标)风险控制能力(NPL指标)金融创新潜力(P_PLR指标)在内的5大类解释变量对被解释变量ROAA ROAE进行回归分析 第六部分:城市商业银行市场定位的策略选择,结论及建议利用实证分析结果尝试解释城市商业银行定位失效的原因,并在此基础上提出中小城商行如何准确定位的策略,并提出相关建议
[Abstract]:The city commercial bank of our country is an important part of the banking system after the large and medium-sized joint-stock commercial banks of the state-owned commercial banks. Known as the third echelon of banking system, city commercial banks have the inborn advantages that large commercial banks can not compare in the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in the area of financial services for urban and rural residents. If it can complement the advantages of large commercial banks, it will undoubtedly play an important role in the development of the national economy. However, with the development of the business and scale of commercial banks in various cities. City commercial banks generally have the impulse to make big and strong, market positioning and the establishment of the beginning of the gradual departure from this situation, the article first reviewed the development of urban commercial banks as well as the status quo. This paper carefully analyzes the basic structure of the existing commercial banking system in China, and divides the whole banking system into a comparative study in order to find the similarities and differences of their respective positioning. Boldly put forward to use the size of sustainable profitability of banks to simulate the effectiveness of the positioning of urban commercial banks on the basis of careful analysis of the identification of the possible impact on the size of the profitability of urban commercial banks in China. Empirical Analysis of collecting relevant data using Eviews Software based on empirical Research results provide the basis for the accurate market positioning of urban commercial banks in China the full text framework is as follows: it is divided into six parts. Part one: introduction: the research background and purpose of this paper The second part: literature review of relevant theories at home and abroad, and clarify the research ideas and innovations of this paper. The third part: the analysis of the city commercial bank of our country introduces the development course and the present situation of the city commercial bank. A comparative study was made on the positioning of the bank with other types of commercial banks in China and small and medium-sized banks in developed countries. In the comparative analysis of other domestic banks, the emphasis was placed on risk management, asset quality management, and asset size on the operation of banks. The impact of performance. In the comparative study with developed countries, this paper focuses on the analysis of the positioning characteristics and decision-making process of small and medium-sized banks in different countries. Part 4th: the problems existing in the market positioning of urban commercial banks in China include local administrative intervention, market diversification, regional restrictions, and the degree of risk concentration. From the point of view of homogenization of products, this paper analyzes the misorientation of urban commercial banks, and points out the hidden trouble of neglecting the accurate positioning. Part 5th: the empirical study of city commercial banks, including the degree of diversification of the business of the city commercial bank, Pnir and Entropy index) the macro environment and competition degree of the industry. Decision-making efficiency level (PSOS index) risk control ability (NPL index) financial innovation potential (PSP PLR index). Regression analysis of ROAA ROAE Part 6th: the strategic choice of market positioning of urban commercial banks. The conclusions and recommendations of empirical analysis try to explain the reasons for the failure of the positioning of urban commercial banks. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the strategy of how to locate the small and medium-sized commercial firms accurately, and puts forward some relevant suggestions.
