我国发展公募期货投资基金的思路探讨

【摘要】：随着世界经济的发展，金融衍生品在全球资本市场的地位日益提高。其中，期货投资基金的作为金融衍生品的代表，具有降低投资组合风险、增加其收益以及具备在不同的经济环境下盈利的能力，在资本市场的发展中占有举足轻重的地位。本文在我国期货投资基金获得合法地位的新背景下，参考美国管理期货以及国内证券投资基金的运作经验，举例分析现阶段国内期货公司开展个人专户管理业务的现状以及存在的问题，再通过分析我国宏观经济环境与期货市场现状，设计了我国发展公募期货投资基金的思路及监管建议。文章首先介绍论文的背景。紧接着简要阐述美国期货投资基金的发展情况，重点介绍其的功能和运作模式。第三章为国内期货投资基金的现状研究。重点提出G期货公司发展现状的案例。之后，，设计出我国发展公募期货投资基金的具体思路。最后，提出公募期货投资基金的监管建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy , the position of financial derivatives in the global capital market is increasing day by day . Among them , as the representative of financial derivatives , the futures investment fund has the important position in the development of capital market . In this paper , under the new background of the legal status of our futures investment fund , this paper , with reference to the operation experience of the United States Administration Futures and the domestic securities investment fund , analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the domestic futures company ' s personal account management business , and designs the thought and supervision suggestion of our country ' s development public - equity futures investment fund by analyzing the present situation of our macro - economic environment and futures market . This paper first introduces the background of the paper , then briefly expounds the development of American futures investment fund , and focuses on its function and operation mode . The third chapter focuses on the present situation of domestic futures investment fund . After that , the paper puts forward the case of the development status quo of G futures company . After that , the paper designs the specific thinking of China ' s development public - equity futures investment fund . Finally , it puts forward the supervision suggestion of the public - equity futures investment fund .
