【摘要】：随着我国金融产业的快速稳健的发展，在现代金融体系中，信托以其业务方面的特有优势和独特的功能迅猛发展，2010年季度末持有的资产规模为3.04万亿，，首次超过公募基金的规模；2012年度末持有的资产规模已狂飙至7.47万亿，一跃成为仅次于银行业的第二大金融部门，成为金融体系中一个重要组成部分。信托作为理财市场重要参与者和经济金融服务提供商，在丰富我国金融市场和支持国家经济社会发展等方面发挥着日益重要的作用。然而在高速发展的同时，信托公司亟待解决一系列的问题。信托公司将大部分精力都投入在业务上，却往往忽略了信托公司本身的信息化管理与建设，当信息化金融服务成为金融行业核心竞争力时，快速发展信托业务的信息化管理与服务既是促进信托企业迈向国际化的关键环节，又是信托公司风险管理与内控管理的核心要素之一。特别是随着我国信托业持有的资产规模不断扩大，信托业务的不断创新、营销手段的多元化、风险的有效控制、客户服务水平的提高、财务体系的特殊性和复杂性以及信托监管机构的监管不断升级等多方面因素，迫切的要求信托公司构建高效统一的管理运营、风险控制的信息化管理平台，优化并整合业务流程，实现业务流程化、电子化与自动化，提高客户的理财服务质量，提高资产管理运用效率和保障，消除信托公司信息化孤岛现象，实现全公司的业务信息共享，为信托公司高层提供全面决策信息，满足监管机构的日益加强的监管要求，实现信托公司核心业务信息化管理，最终提升信托公司的核心竞争力。本文通过介绍信托知识概述、信托公司监管评级及信托公司的监管概述，结合信息化理论与原理，通过对HXXT信托公司信息化管理的现状概述与分析，研究HXXT信托公司核心业务信息化管理的必要性与可行性。借鉴同行业其他信托公司的成功经验，结合HXXT信托公司核心业务信息化管理实施的实际情况，研究HXXT信托公司基于核心业务信息化管理，并以HXXT信托公司核心业务信息化管理为背景，进行案例分析。
[Abstract]:With the development of financial industry in China's rapid and steady development in the modern financial system, with the rapid development of the trust business aspects of its unique advantages and unique features, held in 2010 at the end of the quarter the size of the assets of 3 trillion and 40 billion, more than the scale of public fund for the first time; the end of the year 2012 to some asset size has soared to 7 trillion and 470 billion, became the only the second largest banking financial sector, has become an important part of the financial system. Financial trust as an important participant in the market economy and the financial services provider, is playing an increasingly important role in our country is rich in financial markets and support national economic and social development. However, in the high-speed development of the trust company solved a a series of problems. The trust company will most energies in the business, but often ignored the information management of the company itself and the construction of trust, When the financial information service has become the core competitiveness of the financial industry, the key link of the rapid development of the trust business information management and service is to promote trust enterprise internationalization, and is one of the core elements of risk management and internal management of the trust company. Especially with the development of China's trust industry assets scale is continually expanding, continuous innovation of trust business, diversified marketing means, effective risk control, raise the level of customer service, the financial system's particularity and complexity and trust regulators escalating and other factors, the urgent request of trust companies build efficient unified management information management platform, risk control, optimization and integration of business processes, business process of electronic and automation, improve customer service quality management, improve management efficiency and ensure the use of assets,. In addition to the trust company information island phenomenon, to achieve full business information sharing, provide comprehensive information for decision making of trust company executives, regulators increasingly meet regulatory requirements, implementation core business information management trust company, and ultimately enhance the trust company's core competitiveness.
This paper introduces trust knowledge overview, overview of regulatory trust supervisory ratings and trust company, and combined with the principle of information theory, through the summary and analysis of the present situation of information management of the HXXT trust company, the necessity and feasibility of core business information management research on HXXT trust company. From the successful experience in the same industry of other trust companies, combined with the actual situation the implementation of the core business information management HXXT trust, HXXT trust company core business information management based on HXXT, and to trust the company's core business information management as the background, analyzing the case.
