跨国公司FDI在中国的区位选择现状和原因的实证分析

【摘要】：加入世界贸易组织以来,伴随中国经济以及国际贸易不断增长,吸引国外直接投资的数量也在不断上升。从国家层面来看,随着我国融入世界经济的程度不断加深,国外直接投资对中国的经济、国际贸易起着重要作用;从国内各个省级地区层面来看,FDI也有非常重要作用。但是,FDI在国内各地区分布并不平衡:东部地区吸引国外直接投资数额常年多于中部和西部地区。本文利用面板数据分析跨国公司FDI在中国的形成因素,以及区位选择因素,分析各地区吸引跨国公司FDI的主要原因。实证分析显示,跨国公司在华直接投资最主要因素为其上一年数额,其次为各地区国际贸易值,与代表各地区经济规模的GDP关系不大。
[Abstract]:Since China's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), with the growth of China's economy and international trade, the amount of foreign direct investment (FDI) has been increasing. With the deepening of China's integration into the world economy, foreign direct investment plays an important role in China's economy and international trade. From the domestic provincial level, FDI also plays a very important role. The distribution of FDI in different regions of China is not balanced: the amount of foreign direct investment in the eastern region is more than that in the central and western regions all the year round. This paper uses panel data to analyze the forming factors of multinational corporation FDI in China. The paper also analyzes the main reasons for the region to attract multinational companies (MNCs) FDI. The empirical analysis shows that the most important factor of MNCs' direct investment in China is the amount of MNCs in the previous year. Secondly, the value of regional international trade has little to do with GDP, which represents the economic scale of each region.
