金融救市下的中国商业银行信贷扩张行为分析

【摘要】：2008-2009年的金融危机中,我国商业银行的信贷规模急剧扩张,呈现出典型的逆经济周期特征。究其原因,现有经济增长模式下的高投资、量化宽松的货币信贷政策、救市背景下的道义压力和社会责任、行业竞争下的规模扩张冲动以及上市背景下的盈利压力,是导致我国商业银行信贷规模急剧扩张的动力机制。天量的信贷资金投放有可能给银行业自身的长期发展带来一系列潜在的不利影响。这包括:地方信贷风险上升、现有盈利模式的固化、信贷风险的高度集中、风险缓释能力的削弱、资本充足压力的上升、可持续的信贷扩张能力受到约束以及盈利能力减弱等。因此,强化银行信贷监管、合理引导信贷资金投向、积极化解银行业系统性信贷风险理应成为后危机时代银行监管的当务之急。
[Abstract]:During the financial crisis of 2008-2009, the credit scale of commercial banks in our country expanded rapidly, showing the characteristic of typical reverse business cycle. The reason is the high investment under the current economic growth mode. The monetary and credit policy of quantitative easing, moral pressure and social responsibility in the context of rescuing the market, the impulse of scale expansion under industry competition and the pressure of profit under the background of listing. It is the driving mechanism that leads to the rapid expansion of the credit scale of commercial banks in China. The investment of credit funds in China is likely to bring a series of potential adverse effects to the long-term development of the banking industry. This includes:. Local credit risk rises. The existing profit model is solidified, the credit risk is highly concentrated, the risk mitigation ability is weakened, the capital adequacy pressure rises, the sustainable credit expansion ability is restricted and the profitability is weakened. Strengthening the supervision of bank credit, reasonably guiding the investment of credit funds, and actively resolving the systemic credit risk of banking should become the urgent task of bank supervision in the post-crisis era.
