【摘要】:随着国民经济持续发展,我国金融企业迎来了重要的战略发展机遇,金融企业在我国经济发展总体规模中所起到作用日渐突出。但由于我国金融企业现代化进程还比较短暂,公司治理结构还处于初创阶段,使得我国金融企业的文化建设现状不容乐观,无法适应当前金融行业多变的格局,金融企业文化建设工作的深入研究引发了社会各界高度关注。 上海国际集团具备投资控股、资本经营和国有资产管理三大功能,开展以金融为主、非金融为辅的投资、资本运作与资产管理业务,,进行金融研究,提供社会经济咨询等服务,现已发展成为一家具有较高行业知名度的行业领军企业。公司在发展进程中非常重视企业文化建设工作,也初步构建了具有自身特色的企业文化体系。但行业处境的日趋复杂化,企业经营规模不断扩大,使得现有企业文化不能跟上企业发展环境的变动需要,无法对企业长远发展战略给予有力支撑。由此可见,对上海国际集团的企业文化现状进行科学诊断,提出相应完善建议,显得非常具有必要性和针对性。 本文主要的研究内容如下:其一,介绍了课题研究背景,阐述了课题研究有关的国内外研究现状,提出本文的研究方法和创新点。其二,介绍金融控股公司和企业文化研究的理论基础,指出企业文化建设对金融控股公司建设的重要意义。其三,介绍我国金融业发展近况,利用PEST分析法,对金融行业发展环境进行了分析,阐述国内典型金融控股公司企业文化建设对行业成长的启示。其四,介绍上海国际集团的基本情况和发展近况。本文抽取本公司100名员工,对其进行企业文化现状效果的问卷调查,取得了丰富的样本资料,通过分析寻找上海国际集团在企业文化建设中的薄弱环节,并分析薄弱环节的成因。最后,结合行业现状,从高度重视跨文化冲突管理、高度重视激励机制构建、高度重视企业文化培训、高度重视企业文化系统化建设,以及构建企业风险管理文化等五个方面,提出改善上海国际集团企业文化建设效果的建议和具体对策。 在本文的分析过程中,采用文献收集法,对企业文化建设的国内外研究成果进行分析;采用案例分析法,对国内典型金融企业文化建设案例进行阐述;采用PEST分析法,对中国金融业成长环境进行分析;采用问卷调查法,对上海国际集团企业文化建设现状进行调查采样;采用SWOT分析法,对上海国际集团在企业文化建设过程中的内在条件和外部环境进行了分析。
[Abstract]:With the sustainable development of the national economy, our financial enterprises have ushered in an important strategic development opportunity. Financial enterprises play a more and more important role in the overall scale of our country's economic development. However, due to the short process of modernization of our financial enterprises, the corporate governance structure is still in its infancy. The present situation of the cultural construction of financial enterprises in China is not optimistic and can not adapt to the changing pattern of the current financial industry. The in-depth study of the cultural construction of financial enterprises has aroused great concern from all walks of life. Shanghai International Group has three major functions of investment holding, capital management and state-owned asset management, and carries out financial research on investment, capital operation and asset management business, which is mainly based on finance and supplemented by non-finance. Providing social and economic consulting services has developed into a leading enterprise with high industry reputation. The company attaches great importance to the construction of corporate culture in the process of development. But the situation of the industry is becoming more and more complicated and the business scale is expanding constantly, which makes the existing corporate culture unable to keep up with the changing needs of the enterprise development environment. From this we can see that it is very necessary and pertinence to scientifically diagnose the present situation of Shanghai International Group's enterprise culture and put forward corresponding perfect suggestions. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: first, introduced the research background of the subject, elaborated the research status at home and abroad, put forward the research methods and innovative points of this paper. This paper introduces the theoretical basis of the research on financial holding company and corporate culture, and points out the importance of the construction of corporate culture to the construction of financial holding company. Thirdly, it introduces the recent development of financial industry in China, and makes use of PEST analysis method. This paper analyzes the development environment of the financial industry and expounds the enlightenment of the construction of the enterprise culture of the typical financial holding company to the growth of the industry. This paper introduces the basic situation and the recent development of Shanghai International Group. This paper selects 100 employees of the company, carries on the questionnaire survey to its enterprise culture present situation effect, has obtained the abundant sample material. By analyzing the weak links of Shanghai International Group in the construction of corporate culture, and analyzing the causes of the weak links. Finally, combined with the current situation of the industry, attach great importance to cross-cultural conflict management. We attach great importance to the construction of incentive mechanism, the training of corporate culture, the systematization of corporate culture, and the construction of enterprise risk management culture. Some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the effect of enterprise culture construction of Shanghai International Group. In the analysis process of this paper, the literature collection method is used to analyze the domestic and foreign research results of enterprise culture construction. The case analysis method is used to expound the case of typical financial enterprise culture construction in China. PEST analysis is used to analyze the growth environment of Chinese financial industry. The present situation of enterprise culture construction of Shanghai International Group is investigated and sampled by questionnaire. This paper analyzes the internal conditions and external environment of Shanghai International Group in the process of enterprise culture construction by using SWOT analysis method.
