高新技术企业知识产权质押贷款风险感知与控制研究

【摘要】:我国高新技术企业的性质决定需要创新和科技成果转化,但资金紧缺成为制约其发展的瓶颈。知识产权质押能够很好的解决高新技术企业融资难的问题,因为作为一种新的贷款融资手段,它打破了传统实物资产抵押贷款的方式,提供了一种新的融资途径。本文从以下几个方面展开深入分析: (1)高新技术企业知识产权质押贷款模式 拟通过问卷调研、实地调查和案例分析等方法,提炼相关信息,形成我国中小科技企业知识产权质押贷款现状调查的样本数据,深入了解高新企业知识产权质押贷款模式、路径及效应等状况,从而探求我国高新技术企业知识产权质押贷款的风险产生的根源。 (2)高新企业知识产权质押贷款的风险感知系统分析 经分析,高新技术企业知识产权质押融资的过程中产生的企业的经营风险和知识产权风险问题,是影响质押融资成功与否的关键因素。知识产权风险不仅直接或间接地影响到企业的经营,还将影响质押权利的处置和收益。企业对知识产权质押贷款的风险防范和控制的难度体现在以下方面:知识产权无形性特征,预期经济前景的预测,知识产权权利和稳定,权属关系的界定,后续管理,以及与他人相关知识产权之间的关联度和相互影响程度。本文从我国高新技术企业知识产权质押贷款风险特征、风险的影响因素、风险分解、风险评价等方面构建企业知识产权质押贷款的风险感知系统,为我国高新科技企业控制知识产权质押贷款的风险,找到路径依据。 (3)高新技术企业知识产权质押贷款的风险控制研究 在前面研究的基础上,拟通过对我国高新技术企业知识产权贷款风险控制运行路径、技术路径、政策路径的理论和实证分析,找到高新科技企业知识产权质押贷款的风险控制的具体措施和路径。
[Abstract]:The nature of high-tech enterprises in China determines the need for innovation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, but the shortage of funds has become the bottleneck restricting their development. Intellectual property pledge can solve the problem of financing difficulties of high-tech enterprises. As a new loan financing method, it breaks the traditional way of real asset mortgage loan and provides a new way of financing. (1) the mode of intellectual property mortgage loan for high-tech enterprises Through questionnaire investigation, field investigation and case analysis, we will extract relevant information to form the sample data of intellectual property mortgage loan investigation of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises in our country. In order to find out the origin of the risk of intellectual property mortgage loan of high-tech enterprises in China, we should deeply understand the mode, path and effect of intellectual property mortgage loan in high-tech enterprises. Analysis of risk perception system of intellectual property pledge loan in high-tech enterprises Through the analysis, the management risk and the intellectual property risk of the high-tech enterprise in the process of intellectual property pledge financing are analyzed. Intellectual property rights risk not only directly or indirectly affects the operation of enterprises. It will also affect the disposition and income of pledge right. The difficulty of risk prevention and control of enterprises on intellectual property mortgage loan is reflected in the following aspects: the intangible characteristics of intellectual property and the forecast of expected economic prospect. Intellectual property rights and stability, the definition of tenure relationship, follow-up management. According to the risk characteristics, risk factors and risk decomposition of intellectual property pledge loan of high-tech enterprises in China. In order to control the risk of intellectual property mortgage loan for high-tech enterprises in our country, the risk perception system of intellectual property mortgage loan is constructed in the aspects of risk evaluation, so as to find the basis of the path. Research on risk Control of intellectual property Pledge loan in High-tech Enterprises On the basis of the previous research, this paper intends to analyze the operation path, technical path, policy path of intellectual property loan risk control of high-tech enterprises in China theoretically and empirically. Find out the specific measures and paths to control the risk of intellectual property mortgage loans of high-tech enterprises.
