重庆HH小额贷款公司发展探析

【摘要】:在我国金融业改革力度不断加大、金融产品创新不断加速的背景下,国家积极尝试建立新的小型金融机构,以健全我国金融机构体系,解决“三农”和中小微企业融资难题。小额贷款,作为一种金融服务的创新模式,对丰富我国金融机构种类、规范民间融资市场、促进民营经济健康发展起到了重要的作用。 重庆HH小额贷款公司(简称HH公司)成立于2008年,是重庆市第一家小额贷款公司。2009年HH成都小额贷款公司注册成立,标志着操作规范、手续合法的民间小额贷款业务率先在西部重庆、成都正式登台。HH公司目前在重庆、成都、天津、沈阳、南宁、长春等设有营业机构。 目前,HH公司在经营过程中面临着激烈的行业竞争。同时,公司内部在发展过程中也存在许多问题,如职业团队建设落后、融资困难、信贷与信息技术相对落后等。 本文是笔者经过EMBA两年多时间学习,应用自身所学战略管理知识,对自己所在HH公司的发展进行探析。本文目的是通过明晰公司目前存在的突出问题,分析其所处的内外部环境,找出原因,进而找出解决问题的方法和建议,使HH公司更好地为小额贷款群体服务,从而促进HH公司的全面健康与可持续发展。本文共分四个章节: 第一章HH公司概述。本章首先概述了国内小额贷款的基本情况和发展小额贷款的意义。然后概述了HH公司的目标群体、业务特点、主要经营特点。最后给出了HH公司在当前发展中存在的突出问题。 第二章HH公司战略分析。本章首先对HH公司进行外部宏观环境分析;其次,对HH公司所处整体行业环境进行波特五力分析;最后,运用SWOT分析模型,总结出了HH公司内部的优势与劣势、外部的机遇与威胁。通过本章对HH公司所处内外部环境各因素及公司SWOT矩阵所进行地分析,为第三章HH公司制定发展战略提供了依据。 第三章HH公司发展战略制定。本章在前一章对HH公司战略分析的基础上,明确提出了HH公司的发展目标,制定出了HH公司的总体战略和发展战略,并在发展目标和发展战略的指导下制定公司的业务战略。 第四章HH公司发展战略实施与控制。本章围绕HH公司存在的突出问题,从建立公司战略规划体系、构建符合上市要求的公司治理机制、建立精细化、全流程的风险管理体系、加强职业团队建设和人力资源管理、构建多元化融资体系、开发创新微型信贷技术和管理技术、强化公司战略控制措施等七个方面,提出了HH公司发展战略实施与控制的具体建议。 笔者期望通过本文能使HH公司及时、有效地应对公司经营管理过程中所面临的各种内外部环境变化,并结合公司自身实际能力提出有效的应对措施,然后严格地按照相应解决措施去执行,从而为HH公司的长远发展打下坚实的基础。 由于笔者实际经验和所学知识有限,文中错误、纰漏之处,请各位专家学者指正。谨致以衷心的感谢!
[Abstract]:Under the background that the reform of our financial industry is increasing and the innovation of financial products is accelerating, our country is actively trying to establish a new small financial institution to perfect the financial institution system of our country. Microfinance, as an innovative model of financial services, will enrich the types of financial institutions in China and standardize the private financing market. Promoting the healthy development of private economy has played an important role. Chongqing HH Microloan Company (HH Company) was founded in 2008, is the first microfinance company in Chongqing. HH Chengdu Microloan Company was registered in 2009, marking the standard of operation. At present, HH Company has set up business organizations in Chongqing, Chengdu, Tianjin, Shenyang, Nanning, Changchun and so on in Chongqing, Chengdu, Tianjin, Shenyang, Nanning, Changchun and so on. At present, HH Company is facing fierce industry competition in the process of operation. At the same time, there are many problems in the development process of the company, such as the backward construction of professional team and the difficulty of financing. Credit and information technology are relatively backward. This article is the author after more than two years of EMBA learning, the application of their own knowledge of strategic management. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the internal and external environment of HH company, and then find out the methods and suggestions to solve the problem. To make HH Company better serve the microfinance community, thus promoting the overall health and sustainable development of HH Company. This paper is divided into four chapters: The first chapter is an overview of HH Company. This chapter firstly summarizes the basic situation of domestic microfinance and the significance of developing microfinance. Then it outlines the target group and business characteristics of HH Company. Finally, the prominent problems of HH Company in the current development are given. The second chapter is the strategic analysis of HH Company. Secondly, the whole industry environment of HH Company is analyzed by Porter five Forces. Finally, using SWOT analysis model, summed up the internal strengths and weaknesses of HH. This chapter analyzes the factors of HH company's internal and external environment and the company's SWOT matrix, which provides the basis for the third chapter HH company's development strategy. The third chapter is about the development strategy of HH Company. Based on the analysis of HH Company's strategy in the previous chapter, this chapter clearly puts forward the development goal of HH Company, and formulates the overall strategy and development strategy of HH Company. And under the guidance of the development goals and development strategy to formulate the company's business strategy. Chapter 4th HH company development strategy implementation and control. This chapter focuses on the outstanding problems of HH company, from the establishment of company strategic planning system, construction of corporate governance mechanism in line with the requirements of listing, the establishment of fine. The whole process of risk management system, strengthen the professional team construction and human resources management, build a diversified financing system, develop innovative micro-credit technology and management technology, strengthen the company strategy control measures. Some suggestions on the implementation and control of HH company's development strategy are put forward. The author hopes to make HH company timely and effectively respond to all kinds of internal and external environmental changes in the course of management and put forward effective measures. Then strictly according to the corresponding measures to implement, thus laying a solid foundation for the long-term development of HH.
