中国工商银行国际化发展进程研究

【摘要】：随着世界经济全球化和金融一体化的推进，商业银行实行国际化战略也成为必然趋势。经济全球化既给各国商业银行带来了广大的市场机遇，也使银行业面临更为激烈和复杂的竞争环境。为了不断发展和壮大自身实力，应对来自全球的竞争，商业银行应该积极实行国际化战略，利用全球资源扩展自己的实力。在我国商业银行的国际化进程中，中国工商银行是国际化的先行者，其发展历程中具有很多值得借鉴的经验。因此本文选取中国工商银行作为研究对象，回顾其30年的海外发展历程，分析其海外发展现状，，本文通过利用中国工商银行与国际知名银行以及国内同业银行国际化程度的对比，总结中国工商银行在国际化过程中的成功与不足之处，并针对其国际化过程中存在的问题提出建议和对策。本文首先对商业银行的经营环境进行分析，从国内经营环境和国际经济环境两个角度进行阐述，说明我国商业银行进行国际化发展的必要性和可行性。然后在介绍我国商业银行国际化发展历史背景的基础上，分析中国工商银行进行国际化发展的历程。本文将工商银行的国际化发展历程分为三个阶段，从国际化程度、财务效应以及战略布局效应三个方面分析其取得的成就和存在的不足。进一步，文章对中国工商银行能够在国际化发展方面后来居上的原因进行分析总结，本文认为，中国工商银行能够顺利推进国际化的原因有三点，第一是工商银行改制和上市为其提供了充足的资金，第二是工商银行制定并执行清晰的国际化战略，第三是工商银行致力打造的一体化科技平台极大提高了运行效率。最后，针对中国工商银行仍然存在着国际化程度低以及缺乏核心优势产品等问题，本文提出工商银行应该利用人民币国际化带来的机遇、打造核心业务等建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economic globalization and financial integration, the internationalization strategy of commercial banks has become an inevitable trend. In order to continuously develop and strengthen their own strength and cope with the global competition, commercial banks should actively implement the internationalization strategy. Use global resources to expand your power. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) is the forerunner of internationalization in the process of internationalization of commercial banks in China, and there are many valuable experiences in the course of its development. So this paper chooses ICBC as the research object. Reviewing its 30 years of overseas development and analyzing the present situation of overseas development, this paper compares the degree of internationalization of ICBC with international famous banks and domestic interbank banks. This paper summarizes the success and deficiency of ICBC in the process of internationalization, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures against the problems existing in the process of internationalization. This paper first analyzes the business environment of commercial banks, from the domestic business environment and the international economic environment. This paper explains the necessity and feasibility of the internationalization development of commercial banks in China, and then introduces the historical background of the internationalization development of commercial banks in China. This paper analyzes the process of the internationalization development of ICBC. This paper divides the internationalization development of ICBC into three stages, from the degree of internationalization. The financial effect and the strategic layout effect of the three aspects of its achievements and shortcomings. Further, the article analyzes and summarizes the industrial and commercial bank of China in terms of international development as the reason for the latter to surpass the former. This paper argues that ICBC can smoothly promote the internationalization of the reasons for three points, first, ICBC restructuring and listing for it to provide sufficient funds. The second is ICBC to formulate and implement a clear international strategy, the third is that ICBC is committed to creating an integrated scientific and technological platform to greatly improve the operational efficiency. Finally. In view of the problems of low degree of internationalization and lack of core advantage products of ICBC, this paper suggests that ICBC should take advantage of the opportunities brought by RMB internationalization to build core business.
