核心企业作为金融中介:金融危机下一个新的融资框架

【摘要】：公司金融中介的存在将会弱化客观的经济紧缩和货币紧缩对公司的影响,可以有效地帮助公司从困境走出来。公司金融中介这一反经济周期的特点可以从商业信用和银行借款的替代性关系中得到论证。在金融危机影响下,信息不对称、交易成本高等诸多问题的存在,金融中介必然拒绝或放弃大量信贷交易。金融机构提供信贷资金不足的现状,亟待一种新的金融中介打破现有的融资约束。公司金融中介的替代效应和互补效应不仅会促进公司的本身增长,而且会促进经济增长。在产业链中核心企业具有的许多特殊优势,促使其成功担负起公司金融中介的重任。在后金融危机时期,核心企业必将发挥公司金融中介的重要内生复苏机制的作用,成为一个新的融资方向。
[Abstract]:The existence of corporate financial intermediation will weaken the impact of the objective economic and monetary tightening on the company. Corporate financial intermediation can be proved by the alternative relationship between commercial credit and bank borrowing. Under the influence of financial crisis. With the existence of asymmetric information and high transaction costs, financial intermediaries must reject or abandon a large number of credit transactions. It is urgent for a new financial intermediary to break the existing financial constraints. The substitution effect and complementary effect of corporate financial intermediation will not only promote the growth of the company itself. And it will promote economic growth. In the industrial chain, the core enterprises have many special advantages, which urge them to successfully shoulder the responsibility of corporate financial intermediation. In the post-financial crisis period. Core enterprises will play an important role in the endogenous recovery mechanism of corporate financial intermediation and become a new financing direction.
