茶叶产业特性与融资影响因素研究

【摘要】：随着人们生活水平的提高、养身理念的增强和茶文化的兴起,我国的茶叶产业进入了一个繁荣时期,茶经济、茶科研、茶文化都获得了前所未有的发展。然而,我国大部分茶叶经营企业普遍存在着资金不足、融资困难的问题,严重阻碍茶叶产业的发展。本研究选择茶叶产业特性和融资影响因素为切入点,先对选题意义进行了论述,对国内外关于茶叶产业融资影响因素的相关研究进行了综述,总结了以往研究的成果和不足。接着分析了茶叶产业的特点、茶叶产业的融资结构的相关理论,指出了在茶叶产业融资中存在的问题。然后通过深入研究建立起了茶叶融资的影响因素体系并对因素之间的影响程度进行了分析。在此基础上,结合问卷调查结果,利用SPSS软件找出了影响茶叶产业融资的主要影响因素,并建立了各影响因素的得分模型。最后根据实证研究的结论,结合我国茶叶产业的实际情况,对得出的结果进行了分析,给出了茶叶产业融资的相应对策,并指出了本文的局限性。本研究的创新之处在于从产业价值链分析茶叶企业在整个茶叶产业中的地位及其与上下游企业的关系。在此基础上,得出影响茶叶产业融资的因子。在研究过程中,紧密结合茶叶产业的特点,补充了一些适合茶叶产业融资的政策建议,对引导和促进茶叶产业的健康发展具有一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard, the strengthening of the concept of raising body and the rise of tea culture, the tea industry in our country has entered a prosperous period. The tea economy, tea scientific research and tea culture have all achieved unprecedented development. Most tea enterprises in our country have the problems of insufficient funds and difficult financing, which seriously hinder the development of tea industry. In this study, the characteristics of tea industry and financing factors are selected as the starting point, the significance of the topic is discussed, and the related research on the factors affecting the financing of the tea industry at home and abroad is summarized. The paper summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the previous researches. Then it analyzes the characteristics of the tea industry, the relevant theories of the financing structure of the tea industry, This paper points out the problems existing in the financing of tea industry, then establishes the influence factor system of tea financing and analyzes the influence degree of the factors through the deep research. On the basis of this, combined with the result of questionnaire survey, Using SPSS software to find out the main factors influencing the financing of tea industry, and set up the score model of each factor. Finally, according to the conclusion of the empirical study, combined with the actual situation of the tea industry in China, the results obtained are analyzed. The corresponding countermeasures of tea industry financing are given, and the limitations of this paper are pointed out. The innovation of this study lies in the analysis of the position of tea enterprises in the whole tea industry from the industrial value chain and the relationship between tea enterprises and upstream and downstream enterprises. On this basis, the factors that affect the financing of the tea industry are obtained. Combining closely with the characteristics of tea industry, this paper supplements some policy suggestions suitable for the financing of tea industry, which has certain reference significance for guiding and promoting the healthy development of tea industry.
