民间借贷对我国商业银行信贷业务的影响研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来，民间借贷已经逐渐发展成为我国金融体系不可或缺的组成部分，对我国的经济发展起了不可否认的积极作用，但同时也给我国商业银行信贷业务带来了不小的影响。关注和研究民间借贷与商业银行信贷业务之间的关系，将有助于深化我国金融体制改革，促进经济发展。本文主要按照以下思路展开，共分为以下几个部分。第一部分是引言。首先分析了研究民间借贷对商业银行信贷业务影响的背景、目的及意义。然后就国内外学者对民间借贷与商业银行信贷业务相关的理论研究做了详细的文献综述，包括民间借贷的范畴及产生原因、民间借贷发展状况和商业银行信贷业务发展现状。再指出了文章的创新及不足之处。第二部分是民间借贷和商业银行信贷业务的基本理论，主要分析了两者的基本理论，包括民间借贷的金融抑制理论；信息不对称理论和制度变迁理论及商业银行信贷业务的交易成本理论；金融共生理论和信贷配给理论。第三部分是民间借贷与商业银行信贷业务的发展现状，主要分析了民间借贷与商业银行信贷业务现状及比较优势和劣势。第四部分是民间借贷对商业银行信贷业务的主要影响，，包括民间借贷弥补了商业银行信贷业务的不足、帮助商业银行缓解了借贷压力和促进商业银行产品创新等正面影响及民间借贷减少了商业银行的资金流入、占据了商业银行的信贷空间和增加了商业银行对风险的控制等负面影响。第五部分是国外民间借贷发展模式的比较与借鉴，主要分析了发达国家和发展中国家的民间借贷发展模式，同时从中得到了启示。第六部分是针对民间借贷对商业银行的两方面影响和其他国家民间借贷发展经验给我国的启示提出的优化建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, private lending has gradually developed into an indispensable part of our financial system, which has played an undeniable and positive role in the economic development of our country. But at the same time, it also has a great influence on the credit business of commercial banks in China. It will be helpful to deepen the reform of financial system and promote economic development by paying attention to and studying the relationship between private lending and credit business of commercial banks. The first part is the introduction. Firstly, the background of the study on the influence of private lending on the credit business of commercial banks is analyzed. The purpose and significance. Then, this paper makes a detailed literature review on the theoretical research of private lending and commercial bank credit business, including the scope of private lending and the reasons for its emergence. The second part is the basic theory of private lending and commercial bank credit business, mainly analyzes the basic theory of the two. It includes the theory of financial suppression of private lending, the theory of asymmetric information and the theory of institutional change, and the transaction cost theory of credit business of commercial banks. Financial symbiosis theory and credit rationing theory. The third part is the development of private lending and commercial bank credit business. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and comparative advantages and disadvantages of private lending and commercial bank credit business. Part 4th is the main impact of private lending on commercial bank credit business, including private lending to make up for the lack of commercial bank credit business. Helping commercial banks ease lending pressures and promote commercial banks' product innovation and other positive effects, and private lending has reduced the inflow of funds from commercial banks. It occupies the credit space of commercial banks and increases the negative influence of commercial banks on risk control. Part 5th is the comparison and reference of the development models of foreign private lending. It mainly analyzes the development models of private lending in both developed and developing countries. At the same time, the author draws inspiration from it. Part 6th is about the optimization suggestions on the two aspects of the influence of private lending on commercial banks and the enlightenment of other countries' private lending development experience to our country.
