美国长期主权信用评级下调:现状、挑战与我国的对策

【摘要】：国际评级机构标普将美国长期主权信用评级由"AAA"降至"AA+",评级展望为负面。这是美国历史上第一次丧失3A主权信用评级。从国际国内因素看,美国主权评级被调降,虽然会打击投资人对于全球经济增长的信心,对我国经济也将产生不利影响,但是不至于引发类似2008年次贷危机爆发后的全球金融系统危机及经济大滑坡。然而,对美国长期主权信用评级下调,我们不能掉以轻心,必须采取及时的、长效的、卓有成效的应对之策,变挑战为机遇,尽可能地防范可能引发与传导致我国经济的各种风险。
[Abstract]:International rating agency S & P downgraded the United States' long-term sovereign credit rating from "AAA" to "AA" with a negative outlook. This is the first time in the history of the United States to lose a sovereign credit rating of 3A. Although it will hurt investors' confidence in global economic growth and will have a negative impact on our economy, it will not lead to a global financial system crisis and a major economic downturn similar to the one that followed the subprime mortgage crisis in 2008. To downgrade the long-term sovereign credit rating of the United States, we cannot take it lightly. We must adopt timely, long-term and effective countermeasures, turn challenges into opportunities, and try our best to guard against the risks that may lead to our economy.
