【摘要】:改革开放三十余年来,我国与世界的联系日趋紧密。金融行业所遭受的影响与冲击更是深刻。由于国际经济的形式有着较大的不确定性,加之国际金融市场竞争程度的加剧,金融服务全球化趋势显著,现代银行业的一些特征都显示出来,比如以储户为核心,以贷款为利润增长点等等。一些大型的国际金融机构有国际金融集团及金融炒家所控制,他们的业务包含了银行、保险、风投等业务。除此之外,一些小型的商业银行也如雨后春笋一般涌现出来,在中国境内的一些有地方政府控股的地方性商业银行、社区银行、村镇银行和专业化金融机构也纷纷崭露头角,这些小型的银行成为了中国银行发展的新时代产物,是中国银行业的重要组成部分。而在我国的现有经济环境下,激烈的竞争对于国内的小型商行来说,既可以看成是一种挑战,又可以看成是一种成就事业的机遇。对于具备服务特色、区域特色的地方法人农村商业银行(以下简称农商行)而言,一方面要适应国内经济政策环境的辩护和审计监管的力度增强,这对银行的自身业务能力和风险控制能力提出了更高的要求;另一方面,农商行在面临外部激烈竞争和内部运营问题必须根据自身特点重新设计价值链,要充分发挥政策灵活的优势,构建自己独特的商业模式[1]。农商银行在最近几年来,勇于融入到环境中去,主动适应社会主义市场经济,在开展业务的思路及扩展业务的渠道上下足了功夫,同时也构建了金融集团结构,这种模式的建立,为业务活动提供了更为广阔的空间。 随着十二五计划对东北地区发展的政策性大力支持,吉林省金融机构的迅速设立,在金融市场竞争日益激烈的环境中,吉林九台农村商业银行(以下简称九台农商行)由于地域、资格限制和历史转变等多种原因,造成存贷款规模小、业务相对品种单一、存贷比例低,客户群体参差不齐等现状,如何结合自身底子薄弱、资产规模较小、业务限制多的特点,通过金融市场业务进行区域限制的突破,将金融市场业务打造成核心业务,,是九台农商行发展的重点,也是本文研究的重要部分。本文通过对九台农商行金融市场业务所处的外部环境、内部条件进行分析,根据课程中所学的现代管理、市场营销等理论为九台农商金融市场业务制定了相应的发展战略并提供了发展思路。在研究过程中,通过介绍九台农商行的发展概况,运用SWOT分析法,能够使九台农商银行更能够认清自身在经济发展中的位置以及其他对手的实力,在竞争中做到知己知彼。也希望通过这种分析,能够更加清晰的对农商银行进行市场定位,为农商银行下一步的发展提供参考建议。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, our country has become more and more closely connected with the world, and the impact and impact on the financial industry are even more profound. Because of the greater uncertainty in the form of the international economy and the intensification of the degree of competition in the international financial market, The trend of globalization of financial services is remarkable, and some characteristics of modern banking have been shown, such as taking depositors as the core, taking loans as the growth point of profits, and so on. Some large international financial institutions are controlled by international financial groups and financial speculators. Their business includes banking, insurance, venture capital, and so on. In addition, some small commercial banks have sprung up. In China, some local commercial banks, which are controlled by local governments, are community banks. Village banks and specialized financial institutions have also emerged one after another. These small banks have become the product of the new era of the development of Chinese banks and an important part of the Chinese banking sector. Fierce competition can be seen as both a challenge and an opportunity to accomplish business for small domestic firms. The local legal person rural commercial banks with regional characteristics (hereinafter referred to as agricultural and commercial banks), on the one hand, need to adapt to the domestic economic policy environment and strengthen the intensity of audit and supervision. On the other hand, in the face of fierce external competition and internal operational problems, agribusiness banks must redesign the value chain according to their own characteristics. It is necessary to give full play to the advantages of flexible policies and build their own unique business models. In recent years, agricultural and commercial banks have the courage to integrate into the environment and actively adapt themselves to the socialist market economy. At the same time, it also constructs the structure of financial group. The establishment of this model provides a broader space for business activities. With the policy support of the 12th Five-Year Plan for the development of the Northeast region, the rapid establishment of financial institutions in Jilin Province has become increasingly competitive in the financial market. Jilin Nine Rural Commercial Banks (hereinafter referred to as Jiutai Rural Commercial Banks), due to various reasons, such as small size of deposits and loans, relatively single types of business, low proportion of deposits and loans, and uneven customer groups, due to various reasons, such as geographical area, qualification restrictions and historical changes, etc. How to combine the characteristics of weak foundation, small asset scale and many business restrictions, how to break through the regional restrictions of financial market business, and how to turn financial market business into core business is the key point of the development of Nine Taiwan Agricultural and Commercial Bank. It is also an important part of this paper. Through the analysis of the external environment and internal conditions of the financial market business of Jiutai Agricultural and Commercial Bank, according to the modern management learned in the course, The theory of marketing has made the corresponding development strategy for the financial market business of nine agricultural merchants and provided the development thought. In the course of the research, by introducing the general situation of the development of the nine rural commercial firms, using the SWOT analysis method, Can enable Nine Agricultural and Commercial Banks to more clearly understand their position in economic development and the strength of other competitors, and to know themselves and their enemies in the competition. It is also hoped that through this kind of analysis, the market position of agricultural and commercial banks can be made clearer. For the next development of agricultural and commercial banks to provide reference advice.
