农村手机银行业务发展方案

【摘要】：手机银行作为新型电子金融手段,以随时随地为客户提供良好金融服务为主要目的,一经问世便受到了客户的好评。在对手机银行业务进行研究的过程中,国外的手机银行业务由于发展较早,发展技术及模式较为成熟,因而学者在对手机银行进行研究的过程中,也将研究主要集中在如何使手机银行更好的服务于客户等方面,从而对模型研究的较多,而我国手机银行业务由于起步较晚,主要还处于对手机银行业务发展模式的探讨过程中。我国手机银行业务在近几年的发展中保持着良好的增长态势,但在发展的过程中也不可避免的面临着产品的替代品较多以及整个移动支付行业的激烈竞争的问题,而且在具体业务的展开上面,手机银行的渗透率也没有预想的那么高,这些问题都给我国手机银行业务的发展带来了一定的困扰。在解决手机银行业务发展过程中遇到的困扰的时候,适时将手机银行业务现在的发展重心从城市地区向我国广大的农村地区进行转移不失为一记妙招,如此一来,既可以巧妙的避开城市地区各类型支付手段之间相互混战的格局,又可以充分发挥手机银行随时随地交易的特点,给农村地区的用户提供便捷的金融服务,使人们不再受到银行网点和柜面业务办理时间的限制,提升银行等金融机构在农村地区的发展广度和深度。农村手机银行业务的推广,在为手机银行的发展做出贡献的同时,也可以为提升农村地区金融服务做出贡献,从而拉近城乡之间的金融服务差距。本文在对国内外手机银行进行考察之后,从我国手机银行业务的发展困境入手,通过对手机银行进行SWOT分析以及对农村手机银行业务的开展进行可行性分析,并依据分析给出农村手机银行业务发展方案。通过对农村手机银行业务方案的具体设计,为农村地区发展手机银行提供有益帮助,并为我国手机银行业务的发展以及农村地区金融服务质量的提升提供可行方案,文章最后也将对方案可能存在的风险给予分析并提供解决途径。
[Abstract]:As a new type of electronic financial means, mobile banking is aimed at providing customers with good financial services at any time and anywhere, and has been praised by customers as soon as it came out. Due to the early development of mobile banking business in foreign countries, the development of technology and model is more mature. Therefore, in the process of research on mobile banking, scholars will also focus on how to make mobile banking better serve customers and so on. Therefore, there are more researches on the model, but the mobile banking business in China is still in the process of discussing the development mode of mobile banking business because of its late start. The mobile banking business in China has maintained a good growth trend in recent years, but in the process of development, it is inevitable to face more substitutes for products and the fierce competition in the entire mobile payment industry. Moreover, in the development of specific business, the penetration rate of mobile banking is not as high as expected. These problems have brought some troubles to the development of mobile banking business in China. In the process of solving the problems encountered in the development of mobile banking business, The timely transfer of the current development focus of mobile banking from the urban areas to the vast rural areas of our country is a good move. In this way, we can skilfully avoid the pattern of infighting among the various types of payment means in urban areas. They can also give full play to the characteristics of mobile banking trading anytime, anywhere, and provide convenient financial services to users in rural areas, so that people will no longer be restricted by the processing time of bank outlets and counter business. Promoting the breadth and depth of the development of banks and other financial institutions in rural areas. The promotion of mobile banking in rural areas not only contributes to the development of mobile banking, but also contributes to the promotion of financial services in rural areas. So as to narrow the gap between urban and rural financial services. After the investigation of mobile banking at home and abroad, this paper begins with the difficulties of mobile banking business in China, through the SWOT analysis of mobile banking and the feasibility analysis of mobile banking business in rural areas. According to the analysis, the paper gives the development plan of rural mobile banking. Through the specific design of rural mobile banking, it provides useful help for the development of mobile banking in rural areas. It also provides a feasible scheme for the development of mobile banking and the improvement of the quality of financial services in rural areas. Finally, the paper will analyze the possible risks of the scheme and provide a way to solve it.
