我国信贷资金区域配置失衡研究

【摘要】：信贷融资是我国当前最重要的外部融资渠道,对区域经济发展有着重要的推动作用,信贷资金区域间合理配置是区域经济协调发展的必要条件,信贷资金在我国区域间配置失衡加大了我国区域间经济的发展差距。基于此,本文对我国信贷资金区域配置失衡现象进行全面深入研究。本文主要研究了我国信贷资金区域配置失衡现状,运用Var脉冲响应函数分析信贷资金区域配置失衡对区域经济产生的影响,对信贷资金区域失衡的形成过程与发展方向进行收敛性检验,建立面板数据模型分析区域间信贷资金规模失衡的驱动因素,文章最后结合分析结果与我国现实国情对推动信贷资金区域间合理配置提出对策建议。研究结果表明:我国信贷资源存在由欠发达区域向发达区域聚集,导致区域间信贷资金配置严重失衡,加剧了区域经济发展的不平衡,发达省份信贷资源对经济发展的贡献度明显强于欠发达省份;我国区域间信贷资金配置失衡整体不存在收敛的迹象,在市场的自发作用下,区域间信贷资源失衡现象会愈发严重,这种差距主要体现在东部省份与中西部省份之间;我国不同地区省份的信贷资金配置规模受不同变量的驱动,东部地区主要受人力资源与产业结构的驱动,中部地区受消费效率的影响比较显著,西部地区信贷资金主要流向基础设施建设。本文提出推动信贷资金区域合理配置的对策建议,主要包括对不同地区制定不同的宏观金融发展战略,以大区为单位实行差异的金融政策,充分发挥地方性金融机构在区域经济发展中的作用。
[Abstract]:Credit financing is the most important external financing channel in our country at present, which plays an important role in promoting the development of regional economy. The rational allocation of credit funds between regions is a necessary condition for the coordinated development of regional economy. The imbalance in the allocation of credit funds among regions in China has increased the gap in the development of regional economy in China. Based on this, this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth study on the imbalance of regional allocation of credit funds in China. This paper mainly studies the current situation of the imbalance of the regional allocation of credit funds in China, and analyzes the impact of the imbalance of the regional allocation of credit funds on the regional economy by using the Var impulse response function. The paper tests the formation process and development direction of the regional imbalance of credit funds, and establishes panel data model to analyze the driving factors of the imbalance of the scale of credit funds between regions. Finally, combined with the analysis results and the actual situation of our country, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rational allocation of credit funds in different regions. The results show that the accumulation of credit resources from underdeveloped regions to developed regions leads to a serious imbalance in the allocation of inter-regional credit funds and exacerbates the imbalance of regional economic development. The contribution of credit resources to economic development in developed provinces is obviously stronger than that in less developed provinces, and there is no sign of convergence of the imbalance in the allocation of credit funds among regions in China. The imbalance of inter-regional credit resources will become more and more serious, which is mainly reflected between the eastern provinces and the central and western provinces. The scale of the allocation of credit funds in different regions of China is driven by different variables. The eastern region is mainly driven by human resources and industrial structure, and the central region is influenced by the consumption efficiency. The credit funds in the western region mainly flow to infrastructure construction. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rational allocation of credit funds in the region, mainly including formulating different macro financial development strategies for different regions and implementing different financial policies based on large regions. Give full play to the role of local financial institutions in regional economic development.
