FDI对集群内企业经营绩效的影响研究

【摘要】：改革开放30多年来，我国已建成产业集群2400多个，珠三角、长三角、胶东半岛等沿海、沿江地区产业集聚初现规模，吸引大量外资聚集。2012年，国务院颁布最新战略规划，中国揭开了主要产业转型升级的序幕。各地纷纷将集群纳入区域发展战略，旨在利用资源集聚培育新兴产业，通过构建产业链关联带动传统产业转型升级，，实现经济可持续发展。FDI在促进国内集群转型和集群内企业绩效具有巨大潜力。那么, FDI是直接以技术溢出影响集群内企业经营绩效?还是通过提高技术创新间接提高企业的经营绩效？笔者将通过理论分析与实证分析来回答这些问题。本文在借鉴同类研究成果的基础上，基于产业理论和跨国投资理论，以定性分析与定量分析相结合，首先根据中山火炬开发区的问卷调查linkert表格，进行可靠性分析，提出研究假设和概念模型，再以结构方程模型进行假设检验，得出结论：FDI技术溢出对集群内企业经营绩效具有正相关作用，即FDI是通过技术溢出直接对集群内企业的经营绩效产生影响。再以创业板数据分集群内外样本，以主成份分析法，探讨FDI对两类样本创新指标及经营绩效的影响。得出FDI对集群内企业经营绩效有促进作用，而与非集群组样本企业经营绩效是负相关关系。本文旨在丰富和延伸现有的集群理论，为经济绩效发展战略提供决策建议，希冀以研究为转型中的经济提供一定理论基础，促进经济发展。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, more than 2,400 industrial clusters have been built in China, including the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, Jiaodong Peninsula and other coastal areas. The scale of industrial agglomeration along the Yangtze River has begun to attract a large number of foreign investors. In 2012, the State Council promulgated the latest strategic plan. China has unveiled the prelude to the transformation and upgrading of major industries. All regions have incorporated clusters into regional development strategies, aiming at using resource agglomeration to foster emerging industries and to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries through the establishment of industrial chain linkages. The realization of sustainable economic development. FDI has great potential in promoting the transformation of domestic clusters and the performance of enterprises in clusters. So, FDI directly affects the performance of enterprises in clusters with technology spillover. Or by improving the technological innovation indirectly to improve the business performance of enterprises? The author will answer these questions through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. Based on industry theory and transnational investment theory, this paper combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. Firstly, according to the questionnaire linkert form of Zhongshan Torch Development Zone, the reliability analysis is carried out. The hypothesis and concept model are put forward, and then the hypothesis is tested by the structural equation model. It is concluded that the technology spillover of FDI has a positive correlation to the performance of enterprises in the cluster. That is, FDI has a direct impact on the business performance of enterprises in the cluster through technology spillover. This paper discusses the influence of FDI on the innovation index and management performance of two kinds of samples. It is concluded that FDI can promote the business performance of enterprises in the cluster. The purpose of this paper is to enrich and extend the existing cluster theory, to provide policy advice for the development strategy of economic performance, and to provide a theoretical basis for the transformation of the economy.
