民生银行企业文化建设研究

【摘要】:企业文化理论兴起于20世纪80年代,它源于日本,生长于美国,是一种文化、经济和管理相结合的产物。企业文化是在一个企业的核心价值体系的基础上形成,,具有延续性的共同认知系统和习惯性的行为方式。它使企业员工之间能够达成共识,形成心理契约。企业文化是企业员工的思想、行为依据。文化具有独特性、难交易性、难模仿性的特质,因此企业文化便成为企业核心专长与技能的源泉,是企业可持续发展的基本驱动力。 银行业在一国国民经济发展当中占据着举足轻重的地位。众所周知,银行业具有同质性和产品业务的易模仿性,这两大属性便决定了银行业在具体的经营活动当中,不能单纯在产品业务上做文章,还必须建立起真正属于自己的企业文化体系。民生银行作为一家刚刚成立16年的新生银行,具有强大的生命力和发展潜力,民生银行优秀的企业文化体系在其中发挥了巨大的推动作用,文化是真正属于民生银行的东西,是别人带不走学不来的资源。 本文先就企业文化的相关基础理论进行了详细的阐述,揭示了企业文化的功能及建设优秀企业文化的必要性。然后就民生银行的企业文化建设状况进行了梳理,从中找出民生银行企业文化建设的闪光点及存在的相关问题,并且详细剖析了存在问题的根源所在。在此基础上,结合相关理论,提出了民生银行进一步完善企业文化建设的对策,希望能够为民生银行的企业文化建设提供一条全新的思路。
[Abstract]:The theory of corporate culture, which originated in Japan and grew up in the United States in 1980s, is a combination of culture, economy and management. Corporate culture is formed on the basis of the core value system of an enterprise. Continuous common cognitive system and habitual behavior. It enables employees to reach a common understanding and form psychological contract. Corporate culture is the thinking of enterprise employees, the basis of behavior. Culture is unique, difficult to trade, Therefore, corporate culture becomes the source of core expertise and skills, and the basic driving force of sustainable development of enterprises. The banking industry plays an important role in the development of a country's national economy. As we all know, the banking industry has the homogeneity and the easy imitation of the product business, which determines the banking industry in the specific business activities. We must not only make a fuss about our products business, but also build up our own corporate culture system. Minsheng Bank, as a nascent bank that has just been established for 16 years, has strong vitality and potential for development. The excellent corporate culture system of Minsheng Bank has played a great role in promoting it. Culture is the thing that belongs to Minsheng Bank and it is a resource that others can't take with them. In this paper, the basic theory of enterprise culture is expounded in detail, and the function of enterprise culture and the necessity of constructing excellent enterprise culture are revealed. Then, the paper sorts out the status of enterprise culture construction of Minsheng Bank. Find out the bright spot of the enterprise culture construction of Minsheng Bank and the related problems, and analyze the root of the existing problem in detail. On this basis, combined with the relevant theory, This paper puts forward the countermeasures of Minsheng Bank to further improve the construction of enterprise culture, hoping to provide a new way of thinking for the construction of enterprise culture of Minsheng Bank.
