中国银行湖南省分行IT员工职业生涯管理研究

【摘要】:改革开放三十多年来,随着社会主义市场经济的不断完善及知识经济时代信息技术的高速发展,国有银行股份制改造不断深入推进,金融业之间的竞争日趋激烈。 信息技术随着时代的发展逐步成为影响现代商业银行的核心竞争力的重要因素之一,金融电子化建设不但丰富了银行的服务渠道,也提升了资金的流动效率,深受银行和客户的喜爱。由于我国银行业信息化建设起步较晚,,信息技术一直是我国金融企业建设的一块短板。银行要在竞争中获得生存和发展,就必须拥有优秀的人力资源。随着银行对信息技术依赖度的上升,一方面优秀的复合型IT人才成为各大银行追逐的目标;另一方面如何提高企业自身人力资源水平,通过职业生涯管理挖掘现有IT员工的潜力、提高IT员工的价值,已经成为银行亟待解决的问题。 本文从四个方面对中国银行IT员工职业生涯管理进行了研究。首先,论述了研究工作的背景与意义;国内外学者关于职业生涯管理的相关理论、研究方法和研究思路。其次,以中国银行湖南省分行为实例,采用调查问卷与统计方法,分析了当前IT员工职业生涯管理现状及其存在的主要问题。再次,总结研究的主要结论和其实践价值;设计中国银行湖南省分行IT员工职业生涯管理方案。最后,就方案的实施,提出了步骤、对策和保障体系。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening to the outside world, with the continuous improvement of socialist market economy and the rapid development of information technology in the era of knowledge economy, the shareholding system reform of state-owned banks has been pushed forward in depth, and the competition between the financial industry is becoming increasingly fierce. With the development of the times, information technology has gradually become one of the important factors affecting the core competitiveness of modern commercial banks. The construction of electronic finance not only enriches the service channels of banks, but also improves the efficiency of capital flow. It is deeply loved by banks and customers. Due to the late start of information construction in China's banking industry, information technology has always been a short board for the construction of financial enterprises in China. Banks want to survive and develop in the competition. With the increasing dependence of banks on information technology, on the one hand, excellent and complex IT talents become the targets pursued by major banks; on the other hand, how to improve the level of human resources of enterprises, It has become an urgent problem for banks to tap the potential of existing IT employees and improve the value of IT employees through career management. This paper studies the career management of IT employees in Bank of China from four aspects. Firstly, it discusses the background and significance of the research; the relevant theories, research methods and research ideas of domestic and foreign scholars on career management. Taking Hunan Branch of Bank of China as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of IT staff career management and its main problems by using questionnaire and statistical method. Thirdly, it summarizes the main conclusions of the research and its practical value. This paper designs the career management scheme of IT employees in Hunan Branch of Bank of China. Finally, it puts forward the steps, countermeasures and guarantee system for the implementation of the scheme.
