从长期贸易顺差看我国货币泡沫化、通胀及高房价症结

【摘要】：虽然长期对外贸易顺差给我国带来了经济增长奇迹,但同时也给我国经济带来了很大的不利影响,它是我国货币泡沫化、通胀及高房价的主要根源。我国只有走藏富于民之路,转变经济增长模式和经济增长方式,更多地通过内需消费来拉动经济增长,走集约型经济增长道路,才能使我国经济步入良性循环的发展轨道和摆脱对贸易顺差的过度依赖,才能从根本上避免货币泡沫化和遏止膨胀及高房价。
[Abstract]:Although the long-term foreign trade surplus has brought the miracle of economic growth to our country, it has also brought great adverse influence to our economy at the same time. It is the main source of currency bubble, inflation and high house price in our country.China can only take the road of wealth to the people, change the mode of economic growth and the mode of economic growth, more through domestic demand and consumption to stimulate economic growth, and take the road of intensive economic growth.Only in order to make our economy enter the development track of virtuous circle and get rid of the excessive dependence on trade surplus can we fundamentally avoid the currency bubble and curb inflation and high house prices.
