我国上市银行经营绩效分析

【摘要】：上市银行经营绩效涉及其总资产收益率、主营业务收入增长率、总资产增长率等诸多财务数据,而把繁杂的财务数据进行分类分析,得出针对上市银行偿债能力、盈利能力、发展能力等具体数据,对投资者、监管者、经营者都有着重要意义。本文以商业银行经营绩效评估为研究对象,选取我国16家上市商业银行在2011年的财务报告中平均总资产收益率等十项相关数据,在相关理论的研究基础上,运用因子分析法,进行实证分析。文章首先介绍了商业银行经营绩效评估的理论和方法,借鉴国外企业绩效评价的理论研究和实践结果,选取部分财务指标,构建银行绩效评价体系。利用因子分析法,计算商业银行绩效的综合得分,通过借鉴国内外现有的商业银行绩效评价体系,为我国商业银行绩效管理提出了相应建议。
[Abstract]:The operating performance of listed banks involves a lot of financial data, such as the rate of return on total assets, the growth rate of main business income, the growth rate of total assets, and so on.Development capacity and other specific data, investors, regulators, operators are of great significance.This paper takes the performance evaluation of commercial banks as the research object, selects ten related data such as average total return rate of assets and so on in the financial statements of 16 listed commercial banks in China in 2011, and applies factor analysis method on the basis of the research of relevant theories.Carry on the empirical analysis.Firstly, this paper introduces the theory and method of performance evaluation of commercial banks, draws lessons from the theoretical research and practical results of performance evaluation of foreign enterprises, selects some financial indicators, and constructs the performance evaluation system of banks.By using the factor analysis method to calculate the comprehensive scores of commercial banks' performance, this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the performance management of our country's commercial banks by referring to the existing performance evaluation system of commercial banks at home and abroad.
