中国对外直接投资对国内的就业效应影响分析

【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国全球化的程度不断加深,随着近年来我国实施了“走出去”的发展战略,我国企业的国际市场竞争意识不断增强,对外直接投资额显著增长,这对国内经济产生了一系列的影响。而我国的就业形势受到多方面因素的影响近年来日趋严重,就业问题已经成为国内学术界以及政策制定者关注的一个焦点问题。本文综合运用了理论和实证的分析方法,对我国对外直接投资对国内就业的传导机制以及总量和结构的影响进行了实证研究,得出以下结论：1、对外直接投资对国内就业的直接、间接效应均为正,两者之和的总就业效应也为正。2、从对外直接投资对三次产业的就业结构的角度来看,对外直接投资对我国第二产业、第三产业的就业比重具有拉动作用,尤其对第三产业就业比重的正向影响比较显著。对第一产业的就业比重有负向的影响。全文分为三个部分：第一部分对当前国内外的相关研究成果进行综述,并提出本文的创新点；第二部分对对外直接投资以及就业之间的一般原理以及传导机制进行了梳理和述评；第三部分对我国的对外投资现状及就业现状发展进行了详尽的描述；第四部分通过实证分析从我国就业总量效应,以及结构效应两个方面对我国对外直接投资对就业的影响做出分析；最后对全文做出总结,并对我国应如何利用好对外直接投资促进国内就业提出政策建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the degree of globalization in China has been deepening. With the implementation of the development strategy of "going out" in recent years, the international market competition consciousness of Chinese enterprises has been continuously strengthened, and the foreign direct investment has increased significantly.This has had a series of effects on the domestic economy.However, the employment situation of our country is affected by many factors in recent years, the employment problem has become a focus of attention of domestic academia and policy makers.The indirect effect is positive, and the total employment effect of the sum of the two is also positive. From the perspective of the employment structure of the three industries from the perspective of FDI, the proportion of foreign direct investment to the employment of the secondary industry and the tertiary industry has a pulling effect.In particular, the proportion of employment in the tertiary industry has a significant positive impact.It has a negative effect on the proportion of employment in the primary industry.The full text is divided into three parts: the first part of the current domestic and foreign related research results are summarized, and put forward the innovative points of this paper;In the second part, the general principles and transmission mechanism between FDI and employment are reviewed, and the third part describes the current situation of foreign investment and employment in China in detail.The fourth part through the empirical analysis from the total employment effect and structural effect of China's foreign direct investment to make an analysis of the impact of employment; finally, the full text of the summary,Some suggestions on how to make good use of foreign direct investment to promote domestic employment are put forward.
