Z银行油品行业供应链融资业务发展研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化的发展，供应链管理在现代企业经营管理中的地位越来越突出。企业不仅仅单纯地关注简单的融资和资金结算，而且更加重视加快资金周转、优化财务报表、降低融资成本、规避业务风险等多方需求。而资金大、交易频繁、融资期限长的油品行业供应链也成为Z银行深入开发的目标。东营地区地炼企业规模大、信用良好，在推动供应链发展方面积极主动，但其也面临资金困难，供应链融资缺口较大，需要银行给予企业供应链融资更多帮助。此外，目前银行对于油品供应链融资的金融产品存在一些问题，无法满足油品行业日益增长的需求。Z银行在建设黄河三角洲和东营地炼企业供应链融资方面做出了重大贡献，但是随着东营地区油品行业大宗商品贸易资金越来越大、交易愈加频繁、期限愈长，风险越来越大，以及各家银行的竞争越来越激烈，Z银行面临重大挑战。本文以Z银行东营油品行业供应链融资研究为对象，分析已有的措施和其存在的问题。沿革钻石模型：从上级银行的支持、本地企业的议价能力、股份制银行进入、替代融资产品和同业竞争者的竞争程度四个方面分析东营地区油品交易环境。然后在此基础上运用Delphi-SWOT分析方法，深入分析Z银行油品行业供应链融资的影响因素，得到目前在Z银行油品行业供应链融资业务发展影响因素中，威胁和劣势甚于机会和优势因素、占据主导地位的认知。基此，提出了四个策略——①加强产品设计与创新能力，防御替代融资产品的出现；②提高Z银行供应链融资业务核心企业授信额度；③利用第三方监管单位，降低供应链融资业务风险；④降低供应链融资方案运营成本——以避免威胁、降低劣势，希望尽可能地满足企业的融资需求，，进一步完善、创新服务，使Z银行的供应链融资产品脱颖而出，从而达到银企共赢的目的。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, supply chain management is becoming more and more important in modern enterprise management.Enterprises not only pay attention to simple financing and fund settlement, but also pay more attention to speeding up capital turnover, optimizing financial statements, reducing financing costs, avoiding business risks and other needs.The oil industry supply chain with large capital, frequent transaction and long financing period has also become the target of Z Bank's further development.Dongying district has large scale and good credit and is active in promoting the development of supply chain, but it also faces the difficulty of capital and the large financing gap of supply chain, so it needs more help from banks to supply chain financing of enterprises.In addition, at present, banks have some problems with the financing of financial products in oil supply chains, which cannot meet the growing demand of the oil products industry. Bank Z has made significant contributions to the construction of supply chain financing in the Yellow River Delta and Dongyingdi refineries.But as the oil industry in Dongying has more money to trade in commodities, more frequent transactions, longer maturities, greater risk, and growing competition among banks, banks face major challenges.Based on the research of supply chain financing in Dongying Oil Industry of Z Bank, this paper analyzes the existing measures and the existing problems.Evolution diamond model: this paper analyzes the trading environment of oil products in Dongying area from four aspects: the support of superior banks, the bargaining power of local enterprises, the entry of joint-stock banks, the competitive degree of alternative financing products and competitors in Dongying.On the basis of this, we use Delphi-SWOT analysis method to deeply analyze the influencing factors of supply chain financing in Z bank oil products industry, and get the conclusion that the factors affecting the development of supply chain financing business in Z bank oil products industry at present.Threats and disadvantages outweigh opportunities and advantages, and predominate cognition.Based on this, this paper puts forward four strategies: (1) strengthening the ability of product design and innovation, defending against the emergence of alternative financing products and (2) improving the credit quota of the core enterprise of Z bank's supply chain financing business.Reduce the risk of supply chain financing and reduce the operating cost of supply chain financing scheme in order to avoid threats, reduce disadvantages, hope to meet the financing needs of enterprises as far as possible, further improve and innovate services,So that Z Bank's supply chain financing products stand out, so as to achieve the goal of win-win for banks and enterprises.
