存亡之争?—传统银行在互联网金融环境下的战略选择

【摘要】:二十一世纪,互联网技术的迅猛发展极大地改变了信息生产和传递的方式,降低了经济活动中信息搜集的成本,很大程度上改变了经济活动行为。不断刷新的全国网民数和电子商务交易数增长率都让我们看到了新技术带来的互联网经济的爆发力和巨大的市场。互联网经济的发展随之而来的催生了对传统结算工具的革新,加之前期金融管制对新兴行业的管制相对较松,一大批第三方支付企业涌入了电子商务市场。第三方支付以其高效、便利的特性极大的满足了消费者的综合性需求。这种对交易结算方式的创新对传统商业银行原本拥有的结算垄断地位形成了前所未有的冲击。加之以第三方为代表的互联网金融企业对市场需求嗅觉的敏感度以及互联网企业与生俱来的创新能力强的特性,互联网金融企业不断地在代销、融资等金融领域有所突破,传统商业银行的经营模式、盈利模式、信用评判系统等都经历着冲击和挑战。这种冲击和挑战甚至使市场对传统金融观念进行重新审视,甚至有些人认为传统商业银行将消亡,成为二十一世纪的恐龙。本文客观地分析了传统商业银行和以第三方支付企业为代表的互联网金融公司各自存在的优势和劣势。我们可以看到以第三方支付企业为代表的互联网金融公司也没有想象中那么完美,在客户群体、数据库类别方面都有一定的局限性,并且过于依赖银行的实体账户,受政策影响较大等;而传统商业银行仍然拥有品牌优势、规模优势、有着较完善的风险评估体系。本文并参考了一些中外相关文献以及美国电子货币的发展情况,认为传统商业银行在这场存亡之争中并不会轻易落败。当然,传统商业银行应积极面对经营环境的变化、面对消费者消费行为的变化,坚守以客户需求为核心的经营原则,选择自身有特色的互联网金融战略发展方向。本文针对互联网金融市场的现状对传统商业银行在互联网金融板块的发展提出了若干战略选择。提出传统商业银行应以开放的心态,与以第三方支付企业为代表的互联网金融公司保持良好的竞合关系,打造良好的电子生态圈和产业链。并应加大技术投入,高效地顺应新技术带来的经营环境的变化,努力保持有标识性的动态竞争优势,最终促进金融市场的健康发展。
[Abstract]:In the 21 century, the rapid development of Internet technology has greatly changed the way of information production and transmission, reduced the cost of information collection in economic activities, and greatly changed the behavior of economic activities.The growth rate of Internet users and e-commerce transactions has made us see the explosive power and huge market of the Internet economy brought by the new technology.With the development of Internet economy, the innovation of traditional settlement tools and the relatively loose regulation of financial regulation on the emerging industries, a large number of third-party payment enterprises pour into the e-commerce market.Third-party payment with its high-efficiency, convenient characteristics to meet the consumer's comprehensive needs.This innovation of transaction settlement forms an unprecedented impact on the monopoly position of traditional commercial banks.In addition, Internet financial enterprises, represented by third parties, are sensitive to market demand and have strong inherent innovative capabilities. Internet financial enterprises have made breakthroughs in the financial fields such as marketing, financing, and so on.The traditional commercial bank's management mode, profit model, credit evaluation system and so on are experiencing shock and challenge.This kind of shock and challenge even causes the market to reexamine the traditional financial idea, even some people think that the traditional commercial bank will die out, become the dinosaur of the 21 century.This paper objectively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional commercial banks and Internet financial companies represented by third-party payment enterprises.We can see that Internet finance companies, represented by third-party payment companies, are not as perfect as they might think. They have certain limitations in terms of customer groups, database categories, and over-reliance on bank physical accounts.The traditional commercial banks still have brand advantage, scale advantage and perfect risk assessment system.This paper also refers to some Chinese and foreign related documents and the development of American electronic money, and thinks that the traditional commercial banks will not easily lose in the struggle of survival and death.Of course, the traditional commercial banks should actively face the changes of the operating environment and consumer consumption behavior, adhere to the management principle with customer demand as the core, and choose their own characteristic development direction of Internet finance strategy.In view of the current situation of Internet financial market, this paper puts forward some strategic options for the development of traditional commercial banks in the Internet financial sector.It is suggested that the traditional commercial banks should keep a good competitive relationship with the Internet financial companies represented by third-party payment enterprises with an open mind and create a good electronic ecological circle and industrial chain.We should increase the technical input, adapt to the change of the management environment brought by the new technology efficiently, strive to maintain the marked dynamic competitive advantage, and finally promote the healthy development of the financial market.
