富滇银行财富中心建设规划研究

【摘要】:财富中心是伴随着商业银行财富管理业务或私人银行业务的发展应运而生的。作为财富管理业务或私人银行业务的专业化服务平台,“财富中心”已逐渐成为银行吸引高端客户必须方式和争夺高端客户的公开角力场,个人财富中心或财富中心的建设已成为现代商业银行零售业务发展的必然趋势和选择。 结合富滇银行实际,建设财富中心是其战略定位的要求,是转变发展方式的需要,是打造“零售银行”和“流程银行”的具体体现。通过建立财富中心,定向为贵宾客户、理财客户和优质个贷客户为代表的高端客户服务。致力于客户精细化管理,按照客户特点推出个性化产品并进行交叉销售,提高活跃客户的比例和价值贡献度,并以此带动富滇银行结算、信贷及资金等多种业务发展,从而实现我行在强调稳健经营方式下可持续增长的目标。 富滇银行在财富中心建设方面还是空白,应尽快建立财富中心并开展专门针对中高端客户的专业化服务,结合富滇银行业务发展实际对财富中心进行准确定位,制定科学合理的职能和职责,建设有战斗力的团队,建立完善的激励考核机制,走出一条特色化、差异化和专业化的财富中心建设道路。 在本文的第一部分阐述了研究的背景及目的,主要研究方法与技术路线,对于研究所面临的困难和问题进行了估计,提出了解决的应对措施;第二部分探讨了财富管理的涵义,并对帕累托定律、菲利普·科特勒营销理论等财富管理业务的相关理论进行了文献综述,进一步阐明建设财富中心对于银行零售业务发展的意义和作用;第三部分通过对我国国内主要股份制商业银行和国有商业银行财富中心建设方面的对比,,总结和分析了我国银行业财富中心的现状和发展趋势,以及由此带来的启示;第四部分阐述了富滇银行建设财富中心具备的条件和存在的问题,从富滇银行零售业务发展的现状和客户结构现状等方面,对建设财富中心进行的SWOT分析;第五部分探讨了富滇银行财富中心建设规划的设想,包括建设的路径与运营模式选择、建设的对策和措施建议,从客户服务、营销管理、总体架构、财务分析、激励考核、品牌建设等方面,对富滇银行建设财富中心提出了建议;结论部分对全文进行总结,阐明富滇银行应尽快建立财富中心的重要性和必要性,同时,在建设过程中既要大胆汲取国有银行和股份制银行的成功经验,又要认真根据本行实际情况和特点,选择自身的定位和模式,建设具有自身特色的财富中心或财富管理中心,吸引和留住优质个人客户,最终在银行业激烈的竞争大潮中迎来春天。
[Abstract]:The wealth center comes into being with the development of commercial bank wealth management business or private bank business.As a professional service platform for wealth management or private banking, the "wealth center" has gradually become an open arena for banks to attract high-end customers and compete for high-end customers.The construction of personal wealth center or wealth center has become the inevitable trend and choice of retail business development of modern commercial banks.In combination with the reality of Fudian Bank, the construction of wealth center is the requirement of its strategic orientation, the need of changing its development mode, and the concrete embodiment of building "retail bank" and "process bank".Through the establishment of wealth center, targeted for VIP customers, wealth management customers and high-quality individual loan customers represent the high-end customer service.Committed to customer fine management, according to customer characteristics of personalized products and cross-sales, improve the proportion of active customers and value contribution, and thus promote the bank settlement, credit and funds and other business development,In order to achieve our bank in the emphasis on sound management under the goal of sustainable growth.The wealth center should be set up as soon as possible and specialized service for the middle and high-end customers should be carried out, and the wealth center should be accurately positioned in combination with the development of the bank's business.It is necessary to establish scientific and reasonable functions and responsibilities, to build a combat effective team, to establish a perfect incentive and examination mechanism, and to set up a special, differentiated and specialized way to build a wealth center.In the first part of this paper, the background and purpose of the research, the main research methods and technical route, the difficulties and problems faced by the research are estimated, and the countermeasures are put forward, the second part discusses the meaning of wealth management.And the Pareto law, Philip Kotler marketing theory and other related theories of wealth management business literature review, to further clarify the construction of wealth center for the development of banking retail business significance and role;The third part summarizes and analyzes the present situation and development trend of the wealth center of China's banking industry by comparing the construction of the wealth center between the main joint-stock commercial banks and the state-owned commercial banks in China.The fourth part expounds the conditions and existing problems of constructing the wealth center of Fudian Bank. From the aspects of the present situation of retail business development and customer structure of Fudian Bank, the SWOT analysis of the construction of wealth center is carried out.The fifth part discusses the plan of wealth center construction of Fudian Bank, including the path of construction and the choice of operation mode, the countermeasures and measures of construction, from customer service, marketing management, general structure, financial analysis, incentive assessment.In the aspects of brand construction and so on, some suggestions are put forward to build the wealth center of Fudian Bank. The conclusion part summarizes the full text, and clarifies the importance and necessity of establishing the wealth center as soon as possible, at the same time,In the process of construction, we should not only learn from the successful experiences of state-owned banks and joint-stock banks, but also conscientiously choose their own positioning and mode according to the actual situation and characteristics of their own banks, and build wealth centers or wealth management centers with their own characteristics.Attract and retain high-quality individual customers, finally in the banking industry in the fierce competition spring.
