中资银行“走出去”战略发展研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的不断发展,金融作为国民经济的命脉,扮演着举足轻重的作用。二十世纪九十年以来,西方国家宣扬的金融自由化理念使得全球金融行业同业竞争更加激烈,传统商业银行面临着巨大的机遇和挑战。在经历了2008年金融危机以后,各国的经济都受到一定程度的损伤,特别是给一直崇尚金融自由化的欧美银行予以重创。反观国内市场,中资银行股份制改革基本完成,资本实力和盈利能力都得到了极大的提升,在这种情况下,我国国内一批以国有商业银行为主体的中资银行开启了海外投资的新篇章,它们遵循“走出去”战略指导,敢于面对国际化的竞争和挑战,吸收国际先进的管理经验,选择不同的海外扩张模式,最大限度地提升自己的国际竞争力和知名度。由于国内资源有限,中资银行经过这么多年的卧薪尝胆也需要通过“走出去”战略,与国际一流银行竞争和合作。 当然,我们必须认清现阶段中资银行发展现状。目前我国中资银行海外发展还处于初步阶段,海外扩张之路还很长,中资银行如何探索出适合自身特点的扩张战略是值得进一步探讨的话题。本文首先阐述了商业银行国际化的相关理论,主要从中资银行海外扩张的路径选择、跨国商业银行的评定标准以及中资银行走出去的衡量指标,第二章主要是概述中资银行“走出去”的战略理论,第三章深入分析中资银行“走出去的”动因,分别从外部和内部动因两个方面入手分析,中资银行应该“走出去”,而且必须“走出去”。从外部动因来说,主要分析了我国综合经济实力的提升、外贸环境利好、人民币购买能力增强以及经济危机给中资银行带来契机这几个方面来分析中资银行“走出去”的理由;从内部动因来说,主要分析中资银行股份制改革、资金成本优势和客户关系优势这几个方面给中资银行的海外扩张积攒了有利筹码。第四章主要是介绍中资银行海外发展的历程及问题。第五章分析中资银行海外扩张的竞争力分析,笔者运用美国骆驼评价法,从资产实力、资产质量、盈利能力、流动性和管理能力五个角度,综合评价我国中资商业银行与世界先进跨国商业银行之间的差距和联系,促进中资银行对自身发展的了解。第六章针对这些问题提出中资银行“走出去”策略,从区位选择策略、扩张形式策略、业务选择策略分析中资银行的海外扩张需要因地制宜,根据自身特点,充分考虑其竞争优势。第七章对于中资商业银行海外扩张提出笔者相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economic globalization, finance is the lifeblood of the national economy, plays a pivotal role. In twentieth Century ninety years, financial liberalization makes the concept of western countries to promote competition in the global financial industry is more intense, traditional commercial banks are faced with great opportunities and challenges. In the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis, the world economy have a certain degree of damage, especially to have been advocating financial liberalization and banking be hit. In domestic market, Chinese banks joint-stock reform basically completed, capital strength and profitability has been greatly improved, in this case, in our country, a number of state-owned commercial banks as the main body of the Chinese the bank opened a new chapter in overseas investment, they follow the strategy of "going out" guide, dare to face the international competition and challenges, absorbing the international advanced Experience of management, choose different modes of overseas expansion, to maximize their international competitiveness and visibility. Because of the limited resources of Chinese banks after so many years of hardships also need to "go out" strategy, with the international first-class bank competition and cooperation.
Of course, we must recognize the status of Chinese banks at the present stage of development. At present, the overseas development of Chinese banks is still in the initial stage, overseas expansion of the road is still very long, the Chinese funded banks to explore a suitable expansion strategy is worthy of further discussion. This paper firstly explains the related theories of internationalization of commercial banks, mainly from Chinese banks overseas expansion path selection, evaluation standard of transnational commercial banks and Chinese banks to go out of the measure, the second chapter is mainly an overview of the theory of strategic Chinese banks "going out", the third chapter in-depth analysis of the causes of Chinese banks to "go out", respectively, from the analysis of the two aspects of internal and external reasons, Chinese the bank should "go out", but must "go out". From the external causes, mainly analyzes China's comprehensive economic strength to enhance foreign trade environment. Good, the RMB purchase of capacity and the economic crisis to Chinese banks to bring this opportunity to analyze several aspects of Chinese banks "going out" reason; from internal motivation, the main analysis of Chinese bank shareholding reform, capital cost advantage and advantage of customer relationship this several aspects accumulated favorable chips to Chinese banks overseas expansion in fourth. The chapter mainly introduces the history and development of overseas Chinese banks. The fifth chapter is the analysis of the competitiveness of Chinese banks overseas expansion, the author uses the American Camel evaluation method, from the strength of assets and asset quality, profitability, liquidity and five aspects of management ability, comprehensive evaluation between Chinese Commercial Banks and the world's advanced transnational commercial banks the gap and contact, promote Chinese banks on their own understanding of the development. In the sixth chapter, aiming at these problems, Chinese banks "going out" strategy From the location selection strategy, expansion strategy and business choice strategy, the overseas expansion of Chinese banks needs to suit the local conditions and take full account of their competitive advantages according to their own characteristics. The seventh chapter puts forward corresponding policy recommendations for Chinese commercial banks' overseas expansion.
