信达证券SH营业部创新业务存在问题及对策

【摘要】：自2012年5月证券行业创新大会召开以来,我国各大券商迈上了全面创新转型发展的道路。证券公司由以往业务规模的扩张转向了深层次功能发掘,由简单的证券通道服务转向了综合金融服务的发展方向,将逐步转型为真正意义上的投资银行。信达证券作为业内中型券商,一直致力于创新业务的开发,虽然取得了一定的成绩,但与大型券商在某些业务上还有一定的差距。信达证券SH营业部作为信达证券的分支机构,在总公司创新业务设计与技术支持的基础上,担负着业务拓展与后续服务的相关工作。论文从经纪类创新业务、资产管理类创新业务、融资类创新业务、投行类创新业务四个角度出发,从公司内部办公系统与证券行业内部网站及研究报告中搜集了大量的数据,同时与相关岗位工作人员进行访谈,整理后系统分析了各类创新业务开展的现状。并进行了比较分析,通过比较证券行业内信达证券与其他券商创新业务开展情况及信达证券系统内SH营业部与其他营业部创新业务开展情况,对营业部业务发展现状进行分析。通过详细的研究,发现营业部创新业务的开展在推广基础、拓展渠道与工作流程方面存在着不足,并给出相应的对策。相信本论文将对营业部未来的创新业务开展起到一定的指导作用。
[Abstract]:Since May 2012, the securities industry innovation conference held, China's major securities companies have embarked on the road of comprehensive innovation transformation and development.The expansion of securities companies from the past business scale to the deep-level function excavation, from the simple securities channel services to the development direction of comprehensive financial services, will gradually transform into the true meaning of investment banks.Cinda Securities, as a medium-sized securities company in the industry, has been committed to the development of innovative business, although it has made certain achievements, but there is still a certain gap with large securities companies in some business.As a branch of Cinda Securities, SH Department of Cinda Securities undertakes the related work of business expansion and follow-up service on the basis of innovative business design and technical support of the head office.From four angles of brokerage innovation business, asset management innovation business, financing innovation business and investment bank innovation business, this paper collects a large amount of data from the internal office system and the internal website and research report of securities industry.At the same time, interviews with related staff, sorting out the status quo of all kinds of innovative business.By comparing Cinda Securities in the securities industry with the innovation business of other securities companies and the innovation business development of SH and other business departments in Cinda Securities system, the present situation of business development in the business department is analyzed.Through the detailed research, it is found that the innovation business of business department has some shortcomings in popularizing foundation, expanding channels and working flow, and the corresponding countermeasures are given.I believe this paper will play a guiding role in the future business innovation business.
