【摘要】：城市商业银行是我国银行体系中的重要组成部分,在经济中发挥了重要作用,但近年来却不断出现操作风险问题,严重阻碍了城市商业银行的发展。本文通过列举案例分析了我国城市商业银行操作风险的特点,并根据其影响因素提出了政策建议。文章第一部分为绪论,介绍了选题背景、研究意义、国内外研究综述以及本文的研究方法。第二部分是城市商业银行操作风险的理论基础,包括操作风险概念和理论基础。第三部分通过列举案例分析了我国城市商业银行操作风险的特点。第四部分为宁夏银行操作风险现状及存在问题。第五部分为宁夏银行操作风险的影响因素,即人员因素、业务流程因素、技术因素、外部事件因素。第六部分为改进措施。第七章为结论与展望。
[Abstract]:Urban commercial banks are an important part of the banking system in our country, which plays an important role in the economy. However, in recent years, the operational risks have been constantly appeared, which seriously hindered the development of urban commercial banks. This paper analyzes the characteristics of operational risk of urban commercial banks in China by enumerating cases, and puts forward some policy suggestions according to its influencing factors. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the background of the topic, the significance of the research, the domestic and foreign research review and the research methods of this paper. The second part is the theoretical basis of operational risk of urban commercial banks, including the concept and theoretical basis of operational risk. The third part analyzes the characteristics of operational risk of urban commercial banks by enumerating cases. The fourth part is the present situation and existing problems of Ningxia Bank's operational risk. The fifth part is the influencing factors of the operational risk of Ningxia Bank, that is, personnel factor, business process factor, technical factor and external event factor. The sixth part is the improvement measures. Chapter seven is the conclusion and prospect.
