【摘要】：知识产权质押融资正逐步成为当前国内动产融资的热点之一。通过梳理和总结各地开展知识产权质押融资的典型做法及取得的成效,对存在的问题进行了剖析,进而提出了对策和建议。
[Abstract]:Intellectual property pledge financing is gradually becoming one of the hotspots of domestic movable property financing. Through combing and summing up the typical practices and achievements of the IPR pledge financing in various places, the existing problems are analyzed, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
