商业银行小微企业金融服务策略研究

【摘要】:随着我国社会经济体制的不断完善和金融体制的改革发展,国内小微企业呈现出良好的发展形式和强烈的发展需求,,但是各种条件影响下,无法得到商业银行全方位的和及时的金融服务。同时,我国社会经济市场化迅速推进,我国商业银行之间的行业竞争也越演越烈,业务战略方向的转型迫在眉梢。因此,商业银行小微企业金融服务发展成为我国当前各界共同关注的重要问题。 本文主要从如何完善我国商业银行小微企业金融服务的角度来阐述,通过对我国商业银行小微企业金融服务的研究,来探讨我国商业银行小微企业金融服务发展的必要性,并分析我国商业银行小微企业金融服务发展的可行性,最终提出切实可行的策略建议。本文从对商业银行小微企业金融服务相关概念的阐述出发,在此基础上,分析了我国小微企业为了保证正常经营发展,对商业银行金融服务的需求情况,并且重点分析了我国商业银行对小微企业金融服务现状。虽然我国商业银行在对小微企业金融服务方面做了一定的努力,但依然无法完全满足小微企业的资金需求,严重影响了商业银行和小微企业的可持续发展。可见,我国商业银行小微企业金融服务的改革和完善亟待解决。为此,本文从我国商业银行利益、小微企业面临的经营困难、国外发展经验及发展条件等几个方面分析了我国商业银行小微企业金融服务发展的可行性,得出了我国商业银行小微企业金融服务发展必要性的结论。最后,本文从农业银行的内部组织结构、客户选择方法、经营策略、营销手段、创新发展以及风险管控等方面,重点提出我国商业银行完善小微企业金融服务的模式和策略。我国商业银行需要继续强化小微企业客户关系创建管理,把服务模式确定在客户选择阶段、金融产品营销阶段、优质客户的维护拓展阶段以及存量客户的挖潜阶段,制定相应的金融服务策略。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of China's social and economic system and the reform and development of the financial system, domestic small and micro enterprises have shown a good form of development and strong development needs, but under the influence of various conditions, Lack of access to commercial banks all-round and timely financial services. At the same time, with the rapid development of our country's social and economic marketization, the trade competition among commercial banks in our country is becoming more and more intense, and the transformation of business strategy direction is pressing at the top of the eyebrow. Therefore, the development of small and micro-enterprise financial services of commercial banks has become an important issue of common concern in all walks of life in our country. From the angle of how to perfect the financial service of the small and micro enterprises of the commercial banks of our country, this paper discusses the necessity of the development of the financial services of the small and micro enterprises of the commercial banks of our country through the research of the financial services of the small and micro enterprises of the commercial banks of our country. Finally, the paper analyzes the feasibility of the development of small and micro enterprises' financial services in China's commercial banks, and finally puts forward some feasible suggestions. Based on the analysis of the related concepts of the financial services of small and micro enterprises in commercial banks, this paper analyzes the demand for the financial services of commercial banks in order to ensure the normal operation and development of the small and micro enterprises in our country. It also analyzes the current situation of commercial banks' financial services to small and micro enterprises. Although China's commercial banks have made some efforts in the financial services of small and micro enterprises, they still can not fully meet the financial needs of small and micro enterprises, which seriously affect the sustainable development of commercial banks and small and micro enterprises. Therefore, the reform and perfection of the small and micro-enterprise financial service of commercial banks in our country need to be solved urgently. Therefore, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the development of the financial service of the small and micro enterprises in China from the following aspects: the interests of commercial banks in our country, the difficulties faced by small and micro enterprises, the development experience of foreign countries and the development conditions, etc. The conclusion is drawn that it is necessary for the development of the financial services of the small and micro enterprises of commercial banks in our country. Finally, from the aspects of internal organization structure, customer selection method, management strategy, marketing means, innovation and development, risk management and control, this paper puts forward the mode and strategy of perfecting the financial service of small and micro enterprises in China's commercial banks. The commercial banks of our country need to continue to strengthen the customer relationship creation management of small and micro enterprises, and determine the service mode in the stage of customer selection, the stage of financial product marketing, the stage of maintenance and expansion of high quality customers, and the stage of tapping the potential of customers in stock. Formulate the corresponding financial service strategy.
