房贷利率上调对普通购房者的影响研究

【摘要】:为了进一步调控房地产市场,抑制房地产价格的上涨,最近,部分金融机构上调了个人住房贷款利率。但利率的上调,在增加投机炒房者成本的同时,对普通购房者正常购房需求也造成一定的影响。本文分析了房贷利率上调将对房地产市场以及中低收入具有真正有购买需求的普通购房者造成的影响,并对应对影响可能存在的解决方法进行探索,提出相应的对策及建议。
[Abstract]:To further regulate the real estate market and curb the rise in real estate prices, some financial institutions have recently raised interest rates on personal housing loans. However, the increase in interest rates increases the cost of speculators, but also has a certain impact on the normal demand of ordinary buyers. This paper analyzes the impact of the increase of mortgage interest rate on the real estate market and ordinary buyers with real purchase demand in middle and low income, and probes into the possible solutions to the impact, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
