我国中小银行经营绩效影响因素研究

【摘要】:截止2011年末,我国有股份制商业银行12家,,邮政储蓄银行1家,城市商业银行144家,农村商业银行212家,农村合作银行190家,农村信用社2,265家,中小银行数量不断增加。随着银行类金融改革的不断深入,中小银行的市场份额也在不断提高,已经成为我国银行类金融机构的重要组成部分。现阶段,伴随着国有大型商业银行股权改制的成功以及外资银行准入条件放松,中小银行同时面临着来自国有大型商业银行及外资银行的双重竞争压力,中小银行怎么样寻找到自己的定位,提高经营绩效,继续发挥自身优势,已经成为我国银行业的关键问题。 鉴于以上原因,本文对我国中小银行进行了研究,试图寻找影响中小银行绩效的具体因素。首先对国内外的已有文献进行了梳理,分别从财务、市场结构、银行规模、股权结构等方面进行分类整理。接着对我国中小银行现状进行分析,包括中小银行的成立意义,发展过程,现状及面临的问题等等,分析发现我国中小银行的市场份额近几年正在逐步提高,风险控制能力不断变强,但同时也面临着许多问题。在此基础上,文章从宏观、中观、微观分别阐述中小银行经营绩效的影响因素,以各层面影响因素为基础最终建立起影响因素指标体系,为下一步实证分析做好了准备。实证部分运用了因子分析与多元回归分析相结合的方法,以10家中小银行为样本,收集整理了2007至2011年各样本的相关数据,首先对微观因素进行因子分析,成功降维后,将公共因子与宏观、中观指标一起与银行绩效指标(ROE)进行多元回归。实证结果表明银行的风险控制、银行的资产质量、银行的盈利能力以及银行的发展潜力与银行的经营绩效有着很强的相关关系,这几个方面是影响我国中小银行经营绩效的主要原因,同时实证还发现我国中小银行经营绩效所受银行效率、宏观经济因素、存款准备金率影响不大。针对以上分析与研究,本文最后提出了若干条建议,包括完善中小银行的公司治理结构;提高中小银行的人力资源管理;提高中小银行的金融创新能力;努力拓展中间业务;进一步加强风险控制等。
[Abstract]:By the end of 2011, there were 12 joint-stock commercial banks, 1 postal savings bank, 144 urban commercial banks, 212 rural commercial banks, 190 rural cooperative banks, 2265 rural credit cooperatives, and the number of small and medium-sized banks was increasing. With the deepening of banking financial reform, the market share of small and medium-sized banks is also increasing, which has become an important part of banking financial institutions in China. At present, with the success of the stock right reform of large state-owned commercial banks and the relaxation of access conditions for foreign banks, small and medium-sized banks are also facing the double competitive pressure from large state-owned commercial banks and foreign banks. How to find their own position, improve their operating performance, and continue to play their advantages has become the key issue in China's banking industry. In view of the above reasons, this paper studies the small and medium-sized banks in China and tries to find out the specific factors that affect the performance of the small and medium-sized banks. Firstly, the existing literature at home and abroad is sorted out from the aspects of finance, market structure, bank size, equity structure and so on. Then it analyzes the current situation of the small and medium banks in China, including the significance of the establishment of the small and medium-sized banks, the development process, the present situation and the problems faced, and finds that the market share of the small and medium-sized banks in our country is gradually increasing in recent years. The ability of risk control is becoming stronger and stronger, but at the same time, it also faces many problems. On this basis, the paper expounds the influencing factors of the performance of small and medium-sized banks from the macro, meso and micro aspects, and finally establishes the index system of the influencing factors on the basis of the influencing factors at all levels, which is the preparation for the next empirical analysis. The empirical part uses the method of factor analysis and multiple regression analysis, taking 10 small and medium-sized banks as samples, collecting and arranging the relevant data of each sample from 2007 to 2011. Firstly, factor analysis of micro factors is carried out, and then the dimension is reduced successfully. Public factors and macro-and meso-indicators are combined with ROEs to carry out multivariate regression. The empirical results show that bank risk control, bank asset quality, bank profitability and bank development potential have strong correlation with bank operating performance. These aspects are the main reasons that affect the performance of the small and medium-sized banks in China. At the same time, it is found that the bank efficiency, the macroeconomic factors and the reserve ratio have little effect on the performance of the small and medium-sized banks in China. In view of the above analysis and research, this paper finally puts forward some suggestions, including perfecting the corporate governance structure of small and medium-sized banks, improving the human resource management of small and medium-sized banks, improving the ability of financial innovation of small and medium-sized banks, striving to expand intermediate business; Further strengthen risk control.
