正规金融信贷对民间金融利率的影响分析——以温州为例

【摘要】：文章通过对温州民间金融利率波动的实证研究,表明民间利率水平的变动,在很大程度上就是市场主体对正规金融信贷调控的回应。正规金融的信贷资金供给、利率政策、寻租行为和信贷结构的调整都对民间金融利率波动产生重大影响。因此,应该不断推进利率市场化改革,促进民间金融利率在更加合理的范围波动;要给民间金融必要的制度空间,发挥民间金融利率的有效机制,避免政府直接干预。
[Abstract]:Through the empirical study on the fluctuation of interest rate in Wenzhou private finance, this paper shows that the change of private interest rate level is, to a large extent, the response of the market subject to the regulation and control of formal financial credit. The supply of credit funds, interest rate policy, rent-seeking behavior and the adjustment of credit structure all have a great influence on the fluctuation of interest rate in private finance. Therefore, we should constantly push forward the reform of interest rate marketization, promote the fluctuation of private financial interest rate in a more reasonable range, give the necessary institutional space to private finance, give full play to the effective mechanism of private financial interest rate, and avoid direct government intervention.
