柳州汽车产业发展的信贷支持策略研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济的深入发展,银行业和实体经济的关系愈来愈密切,而银行业如何积极支持实体经济的发展也是近几年中央经济金融工作的重点。柳州是广西重要的工业城市,也是西南重要的汽车制造城,作为柳州的第一支柱产业,汽车产业在近几年取得了不俗的发展成绩,但是在取得成绩的同时,也要看到柳州汽车产品档次较低、产品附加值不高,产业结构仍有待调整优化。为了加速汽车产业的发展,柳州市政府出台了相关规划。本文将在此背景下,研究汽车产业发展趋势对当地银行金融服务需求产生的各种影响,以及银行业如何采取措施积极支持汽车产业发展。参考相关文献资料,国外对银行信贷和产业发展关系的研究不多,以金融发展理论为主,即研究金融发展和经济增长之间的关系,而国内对两者关系的研究尚处于起步阶段,研究较多集中在银行信贷和经济增长的关系上,而单独研究银行信贷和产业发展的文献很少,整体研究的框架尚未形成。本文采用调查研究、理论结合实际的方法,从银行信贷促进产业发展的原理和途径出发,首先介绍柳州银行业信贷支持汽车产业的现状和存在的问题,得出柳州银行业信贷支持汽车产业力度不足,其次分析银行业对汽车产业支持力度不足的原因,同时借鉴国内其他城市银行业支持汽车产业发展的经验,最后结合实际,对银行业如何采取措施积极支持汽车产业发展提出相关建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese economy, the relationship between banking and real economy is getting closer and closer, and how the banking industry actively supports the development of real economy is also the focus of the central economic and financial work in recent years. Liuzhou is an important industrial city in Guangxi and an important automobile manufacturing city in southwest China. As the first pillar industry in Liuzhou, the automobile industry has made great achievements in recent years, but at the same time, Also want to see Liuzhou automobile product grade is low, product added value is not high, industrial structure still needs to adjust and optimize. In order to speed up the development of the automobile industry, the Liuzhou municipal government issued the related plan. Under this background, this paper will study the influence of the development trend of automobile industry on the financial service demand of local banks, and how the banking industry can actively support the development of automobile industry. Referring to the relevant literature, there are few studies on the relationship between bank credit and industrial development abroad, mainly on the theory of financial development, that is, to study the relationship between financial development and economic growth, while the domestic research on the relationship between the two is still in its infancy. Most of the studies focus on the relationship between bank credit and economic growth, but there are few documents on bank credit and industrial development alone, and the framework of the whole study has not yet been formed. In this paper, by means of investigation, theory and practice, this paper introduces the present situation and existing problems of the credit support automobile industry in Liuzhou banking industry, based on the principle and approach of promoting the development of the industry by bank credit. It is concluded that the credit support of the automobile industry in Liuzhou is insufficient. Secondly, the reasons for the insufficient support to the automobile industry in the banking industry are analyzed. At the same time, the experience of other urban banks in supporting the development of the automobile industry is used for reference, and finally, the actual situation is combined. To the banking industry how to take measures to actively support the development of the auto industry put forward relevant suggestions.
