东营银行个人理财业务发展对策研究

【摘要】:进入21世纪以后,随着我国经济的快速发展以及居民可支配收入的不断增加,个人理财理念在我国日益深入,个人理财业务作为银行利润和收入增长的重要来源,在银行的发展中占据越来越重要的地位。目前国内外银行都相继加快个人理财业务的发展步伐,不断推出各具特色的个人理财产品和服务,在个人理财业务市场上展开了激烈的竞争。 东营银行作为中小城市商业银行,受规模因素、地域因素、历史因素、发展因素等影响,个人理财业务起步较晚,发展较缓,竞争力较弱,,竞争压力非常大。如何把握住国内个人理财业务迅猛发展的历史机遇,在市场竞争不断加剧的环境下,有效开拓个人理财业务市场,建立具有自身特色的个人理财服务,提升个人理财业务的市场竞争力,拓展新的利润增长点,是东营银行面临的一个重大问题。 本文以东营银行为研究对象,以国内外个人理财业务相关理论及业务发展经验为基础,通过深入实地调研,分析了东营银行发展个人理财业务的现状、优势、劣势以及存在的问题,剖析了国内外银行发展个人理财业务的先进经验及东营银行的经验借鉴,并针对现状及不足,从完善营销体系、创新丰富个人理财产品体系、建立优质服务体系、完善风险控制体系、建立健全考核激励体系等几个方面对东营银行发展个人理财业务的对策进行了具体探讨。 虽然本文是以东营银行的个人理财业务为案例进行分析研究,但得出的结论对于国内其他商业银行具有一定的普遍性,可以作为其他银行发展个人理财业务的参考。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, with the rapid development of Chinese economy and the increasing of disposable income, the personal finance concept is getting deeper and deeper in our country. Personal finance business is an important source of bank profit and income growth. It plays an increasingly important role in the development of banks. At present, banks at home and abroad have been speeding up the pace of development of personal finance business, continue to introduce individual financial products and services with different characteristics, and launched a fierce competition in the market of personal finance business. Dongying Bank, as a commercial bank in medium and small cities, is influenced by scale, region, history and development, and so on. The business of personal finance starts late, develops slowly, its competitiveness is weak, and the pressure of competition is very great. How to grasp the historical opportunity of the rapid development of domestic personal finance business, how to effectively open up the market of personal finance business and establish the personal finance service with its own characteristics under the environment of increasing market competition, and how to grasp the historical opportunity of the rapid development of domestic personal finance business. It is an important problem for Dongying Bank to enhance the market competitiveness of personal finance business and to expand the new profit growth point. This paper takes Dongying Bank as the research object, based on the domestic and foreign personal finance business related theory and the business development experience, through the thorough field investigation, has analyzed the Dongying bank to develop the personal finance service present situation, the superiority, This paper analyzes the advanced experience of domestic and foreign banks in the development of personal finance business and the experience of Dongying Bank for reference. Aiming at the present situation and shortcomings, the author tries to improve the marketing system, innovate and enrich the personal financial management product system. This paper discusses the countermeasures of the development of personal finance business in Dongying Bank from several aspects, such as establishing high-quality service system, perfecting risk control system, establishing and perfecting examination and incentive system, and so on. Although this paper takes Dongying Bank's personal finance business as a case study, the conclusion is universal for other domestic commercial banks and can be used as a reference for other banks to develop personal finance business.
