金融综合竞争力的区域差异与提升路径——来自江苏13个地级市的证据

【摘要】：当前,我国金融综合竞争力存在巨大的区域差异,直接制约着区域协调发展和基本实现现代化等战略目标的实现。区位是金融发展的空间,经济是金融发展的基础,制度是金融发展的环境,金融本身是金融发展的内核。金融综合竞争力既包括金融本身的竞争力,还包括区位、经济、制度的竞争力。对江苏13个地级市金融综合竞争力的定量评价结果显示,南京和苏州排名前两位,无锡和常州属于第二梯队,其他9个地级市属于第三梯队。对于区域金融综合竞争力而言,区位因素很重要但非决定性因素,经济作为金融发展的基础非常重要,制度的作用不可忽视。因此,应从区位、经济、制度、金融四个层面系统探讨提升金融综合竞争力的有效路径。
[Abstract]:At present, there are huge regional differences in the comprehensive competitiveness of finance in China, which directly restricts the realization of the strategic goals of regional coordinated development and basic modernization. Location is the space of financial development, economy is the foundation of financial development, institution is the environment of financial development, and finance itself is the kernel of financial development. Financial comprehensive competitiveness includes not only the competitiveness of finance itself, but also the competitiveness of location, economy and system. The quantitative evaluation results of financial comprehensive competitiveness of 13 prefectural cities in Jiangsu show that Nanjing and Suzhou rank first two, Wuxi and Changzhou belong to the second echelon, and the other 9 prefectural cities belong to the third echelon. For the comprehensive competitiveness of regional finance, the location factor is very important, but not the decisive factor. As the foundation of financial development, economy is very important, and the function of institution can not be ignored. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the effective ways to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of finance from the four levels of location, economy, institution and finance.
