商业银行理财产品现状及创新分析

【摘要】:随着我国经济的持续快速增长以及一系列的以“藏富于民”为导向的政策出台,老百姓生活水平不断提高,钱包逐渐鼓起来,尤其是党的十八大更是制定了到2020年相比2010年人均收入水平翻一番的宏伟目标,使得老百姓对未来收入的预期更加积极乐观。与此同时面对家庭日益增长的财富,以及不断上涨的物价和通货膨胀预期,如何让辛苦挣来的钱实现保值增值已经成为许多老百姓思考的重要问题。银行业正是看到了这个巨大的市场需求,开始创新思路推出理财产品抢滩个人理财市场,目前已形成包括现金管理与货币市场类、固定收益类、衍生投资类以及境外投资类等投资领域在内、各种风险收益等级、期限与币种多维度灵活搭配的产品体系。个人理财业务在国外早已进行多年,我国的理财业务则最早起始于2004年,一经推出就呈现出快速发展的势头,有效增加了商业银行的收入,同时在结构转型方面做出较大贡献,尤其是近几年来理财业务获得了超常规发展:截至2011年三季度末,公募基金总规模2.1万亿,信托资产规模4.0万亿,商业银行表外理财产品余额为3.3万亿。个人理财对于商业银行乃至整个金融市场的地位越来越高,越来越多的金融机构开始参与到理财产品的竞争当中,各种新的理财产品不断被推出。 本文首先阐述了理财产品的基本内涵和详细定义,在此基础上通过对商业银行理财业务动因进行分析,强调了理财业务是迎合社会财富管理需求,如此规模和多元化的理财产品改善了我国金融体系的产品结构和效率;突出了理财业务创新是顺应商业银行治理改革与业务转型,市场化竞争下的理财业务促进了金融体制与机制变革,是“脱媒”与银行资产、负债及收入结构调整的生力军;最后辨证的分析了理财业务创新和金融监管之间的关系。但是金融创新在带来银行业发展契机的同时,也引入了巨大的风险,美国次贷危机就是典型的反面教材。为此本文深入分析了当前商业银行理财方面存在的问题及不足之处,有针对性给出了有益的建议,以期为促进我国商业银行个人理财,乃至银行长远发展提供有益的建议意义。
[Abstract]:With the sustained and rapid economic growth of our country and the introduction of a series of policies aimed at "storing wealth among the people," the living standards of ordinary people have been continuously improved, and their wallets are gradually bulging up. In particular, the 18th National Congress of the Party has set a grand goal of doubling the per capita income level in 2010 by 2020, making people more optimistic about their future income expectations. At the same time, in the face of the growing wealth of families, rising prices and inflation expectations, how to make hard-earned money to achieve value and appreciation has become an important issue for many people to think about. It is precisely because of this huge market demand that the banking industry has started to innovate and launch financial management products to seize the market for personal finance. At present, the banking industry has formed such categories as cash management and the money market, fixed income, The product system of various risk return grades, maturity and currency flexible collocation, including derivative investment and overseas investment. Personal finance business has been carried out in foreign countries for many years, but the financial management business of our country was first started in 2004. Once it was introduced, it showed a rapid development momentum, effectively increased the income of commercial banks, and made great contributions to the structural transformation at the same time. In particular, in recent years, financial management business has achieved extraordinary development: by the end of the third quarter of 2011, the total size of public offering funds was 2.1 trillion, trust assets was 4 trillion, and the balance of off-balance sheet financial products of commercial banks was 3.3 trillion. Personal finance plays a more and more important role in commercial banks and even the whole financial market. More and more financial institutions begin to participate in the competition of financial products. This paper first expounds the basic connotation and detailed definition of financial management products, and on this basis, through the analysis of commercial bank financial management business motivation, emphasizes that financial management business is to meet the needs of social wealth management. The financial products of this scale and diversity have improved the product structure and efficiency of our country's financial system, highlighted the innovation of financial management business is to conform to the commercial bank governance reform and business transformation. The financial management business under the market competition promotes the reform of financial system and mechanism, and is the new force of "disintermediation" and the adjustment of bank assets, liabilities and income structure. Finally, the relationship between financial business innovation and financial supervision is analyzed dialectically. But the financial innovation brings the banking development opportunity, but also introduces the huge risk, the American subprime mortgage crisis is the typical negative example. Therefore, this paper deeply analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the current commercial banks' financial management, and puts forward some useful suggestions in order to promote the personal finance of commercial banks in China and even to provide useful suggestions for the long-term development of the banks.
