台州市城市商业银行跨区域发展战略研究

【摘要】:20世纪90年代前后,国内城市信用社纷纷改制为城市商业银行,城市商业银行成为继国有商业银行、股份制商业银行之后银行业金融机构又一重要组成部分。此后,随着我国国民经济快速发展,城市商业银行不断发展壮大。与此同时,客户对于银行产品和服务的需求日益增加,银行业竞争也不断加剧,,城市商业银行在小范围内经营的弱势日渐显露,跨区域发展成为城市商业银行的必然选择。 本文以台州市城市商业银行为研究对象,在大量参阅国内外相关文献的基础上,综合运用SWOT分析法、PEST分析法、波特五力模型等管理学方法,研究了台州市城市商业银行的跨区域发展战略,并结合浙江泰隆商业银行丽水分行跨区域发展战略的实施进行了案例分析。本文主要内容与成果如下: 1、对目前城市商业银行跨区域发展战略理论和研究方法进行集中梳理,为全文研究奠定了基础。 2、全面回顾了台州市三家城市商业银行的发展历程和现状,总结了三家银行的发展特点。 3、综合运用PEST分析法、波特五力模型,系统分析台州市城市商业银行跨区域发展的内、外部环境,全面掌握城市商业银行跨区域发展的宏观环境、行业与竞争、能力、资源等四个方面详细情况。 4、运用SWOT分析方法,对台州市城市商业银行跨区域发展的外部机会、外部威胁、企业优势、企业劣势逐一进行归类分析,并提出可供台州市城市商业银行跨区域发展的战略选择。 5、通过对浙江泰隆商业银行丽水分行成功案例的实证分析,验证了之前研究得出的台州市城市商业银行跨区域发展战略,也为将来的跨区域发展提供经验和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Around the 1990s, the domestic urban credit cooperatives have been transformed into city commercial banks, and the city commercial banks have become another important part of banking financial institutions after state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks. Since then, with the rapid development of our national economy, urban commercial banks continue to grow. At the same time, the customers' demand for bank products and services is increasing day by day, and the competition of banking is becoming more and more serious. The weakness of urban commercial banks operating in small scale is becoming more and more obvious, and cross-regional development becomes the inevitable choice of urban commercial banks. This paper takes Taizhou City Commercial Bank as the research object, on the basis of a large number of references at home and abroad, synthetically applies the SWOT analysis method to pest analysis, Porter's five-force model and other management methods. This paper studies the cross-regional development strategy of Taizhou City Commercial Bank and analyzes the case study on the implementation of the cross-regional development strategy of Zhejiang Tailong Commercial Bank Lishui Branch. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: 1. The theories and research methods of cross-regional development strategy of city commercial banks are summarized, which lays a foundation for the full study. 2. The development history and present situation of the three city commercial banks in Taizhou are reviewed, and the development characteristics of the three banks are summarized. 3. Synthetically using PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force model, systematically analyzing the internal and external environment of the cross-regional development of Taizhou City Commercial Bank, and comprehensively mastering the macro environment, industry and competition ability of the cross-regional development of the city commercial bank. Resources and other four aspects of the details. 4. Using the SWOT analysis method, the paper classifies and analyzes the external opportunities, external threats, enterprise strengths and weaknesses of Taizhou City Commercial Bank in cross-regional development. And put forward the strategic choice for Taizhou City Commercial Bank to cross-regional development. 5. Through the empirical analysis of the successful case of Zhejiang Tailong Commercial Bank Lishui Branch, this paper verifies the cross-regional development strategy of Taizhou City Commercial Bank, and provides experience and reference for future cross-regional development.
