商业银行战略绩效综合评价研究

【摘要】：随着外部经济环境的不断变化，以及我国商业银行业对外资银行的全面开放使得我国商业银行业面临更加激励的竞争。银行作为重要的金融企业，越来越多的利益相关者从自身利益出发也将他们的目光投向了商业银行战略绩效综合评价的问题上来。如今商业银行战略绩效的综合评价与国家经济秩序的稳定、股东价值的回报、债权人权益的索取、外部投资者投资决策的制定甚至银行自身的发展的联系越来越紧密。而目前国内关于商业银行战略绩效综合评价的文章几乎微乎其微，即使有，，也存在指标体系不健全和研究方法不系统的问题，因此，本文对商业银行战略绩效综合评价的研究有其现实意义和理论价值。文章第一章介绍了选题的研究背景和研究意义，阐述了选题的研究目的和研究方法，设计了本文的研究框架和技术路线；第二章回顾了商业银行战略绩效综合评价研究的国内外相关文献，概述了层次分析法和模糊综合法理论；第三章介绍了构建指标体系的要素和原则，回顾了国内外商业银行绩效评价指标体系的演进，以及合理构建了商业银行战略绩效评价指标体系；第四章运用了层次分析法和模糊综合法对商业银行战略绩效综合评价指标体系进行应用分析；最后，总结本文的创新与不足并对未来的研究进行合理的展望。本文的创新点：一是借助平衡计分卡构建了商业银行战略绩效综合评价指标体系；二是选择层次分析法和模糊综合法相结合的方法综合评价商业银行的战略绩效；三是通过应用分析，说明了该方法对于商业银行战略绩效综合评价有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the continuous changes of the external economic environment and the comprehensive opening of commercial banks to foreign banks, China's commercial banks are faced with more incentive competition. As an important financial enterprise, more and more stakeholders focus on the comprehensive evaluation of commercial banks' strategic performance from their own interests. Nowadays, the comprehensive evaluation of the strategic performance of commercial banks is more and more closely related to the stability of national economic order, the return of shareholders' value, the claim of creditors' rights and interests, the making of investment decisions by external investors and even the development of banks themselves. However, there are few articles on the comprehensive evaluation of commercial banks' strategic performance at present. Even if there are, there are still some problems such as imperfect index system and unsystematic research methods. This paper has practical significance and theoretical value in the study of comprehensive evaluation of strategic performance of commercial banks. The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of the topic, describes the purpose and research methods of the topic, and designs the research framework and technical route of this paper. The second chapter reviews the domestic and international literature on the comprehensive evaluation of strategic performance of commercial banks, summarizes the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the theory of fuzzy synthesis method, and introduces the elements and principles of constructing the index system in the third chapter. This paper reviews the evolution of the performance evaluation index system of commercial banks at home and abroad, and the rational construction of the strategic performance evaluation index system of commercial banks. The fourth chapter uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the fuzzy synthesis method to analyze the commercial bank strategic performance comprehensive evaluation index system; finally, summarizes the innovation and the insufficiency of this article and carries on the reasonable prospect to the future research. The innovations of this paper are as follows: first, the index system of strategic performance evaluation of commercial banks is constructed with the help of balanced scorecard, the second is the comprehensive evaluation of strategic performance of commercial banks by the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive method. Third, through the application analysis, it shows that this method has the reference significance for the commercial bank strategic performance comprehensive evaluation.
