贵州银行私人银行业务发展现状与策略

【摘要】:随着社会财富分配的多元化和个人财富的集中化,私人银行业务如雨后春笋层出不穷。商业银行为个人资产上一定规模的中高端客户提供的,以财富管理为中心的专业化、一揽子、高层次金融服务称为私人银行业务。其涵盖银行、证券、保险、基金、外汇、期货、贵金属,以及资产规划、教育、税务、投资、房地产、收藏、遗产安排、法律顾问、家庭管理等各专业领域。 贵州银行于2012年10月11日正式挂牌成立,是经中国银监会批准在原遵义市商业银行、六盘水市商业银行、安顺市商业银行的基础上合并重组新设的一家省级城市商业银行。由于城市商业银行私人银行业务起步晚、底子薄,作为贵州银行的一名基层支行管理者,笔者期望应用所学的EMBA知识,尤其是企业管理与商业银行私人银行业务的知识,分析贵州银行私人银行业务发展中的主要问题和困难,探索在同业竞争中的差异化战略,提出对策、建议和发展实施方案,以促进私人银行业务在城市商业银行的健康发展,促进私人银行业务在贵州省的健康发展。 全文主要分为五个章节。 第一章商业银行私人银行业务概述。本章对商业银行私人银行业务进行概念性阐述;对我国商业银行高端个人理财业务和私人银行业务发展情况进行介绍;阐述了我国商业银行开展私人银行业务意义;给出我国商业银行私人银行业务的发展概述。 第二章贵州银行私人银行业务现状及问题。本章先呈现出了贵州银行成立背景和贵州银行私人银行的高端个人理财业务的发展现状;然后指出了贵州银行私人银行业务发展中存在的主要问题。 第三章贵州银行私人银行业务环境分析。本章首先对贵州银行私人银行业务发展的环境和金融特征进行分析,然后对在贵州省内主要商业银行的私人银行业务的竞争情况进行分析;最后运用SWOT分析方法,从外部和内部环境两方面来分析贵州银行在贵州省内私人银行业务发展中的外部机遇、外部威胁、内部优势和内部劣势。 第四章贵州银行私人银行业务市场战略。本章首先给出了贵州银行私人银行业务的发展目标。然后提出了贵州银行私人银行业务的发展应选择差异化的竞争战略。 第五章贵州银行私人银行业务发展对策建议。本章从目标市场、品牌树立、人才培育、产品创新、优化服务和风险管理等方面给出了笔者对贵州银行在私人银行业务发展方面的发展对策建议。 贵州银行发展私人银行业务既是市场竞争和客户服务的外在必然要求,更是提升品牌和竞争力的内在必然需要;贵州银行私人银行业务虽然起步晚、底子薄、基础差,但有大量潜在客户群;贵州银行作为城市商业银行具有机制灵活、决策链短、触角敏锐、创新力强等优势,在私人银行领域大有可为。笔者期望,通过本文分析当前贵州银行私人银行业务开展中的主要问题,提出发展对策和建议,能为研究贵州银行私人银行业务的发展提供参考,以促进贵州银行私人银行业务以及各项业务的健康发展。另外,笔者也期望通过本文能对同行业有一定的参考价值。 当然,由于笔者知识有限,文中难免出现错误和疏漏,恳请尊敬的各位老师批评指正。在此敬表衷心的感谢!
[Abstract]:With the diversification of social wealth distribution and the concentration of personal wealth, private banking business has sprung up. Commercial banks provide a certain scale of high and middle customers on a certain scale of personal assets, with a wealth management centered specialization, a package, and a high-level financial service called private banking. It covers banks, securities, and insurance. Insurance, funds, foreign exchange, futures, precious metals, and asset planning, education, taxation, investment, real estate, collections, heritage arrangements, legal advisors, family management and other professional fields.
The Bank of Guizhou was formally established in October 11, 2012. It is a new provincial city commercial bank based on the approval of the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) on the basis of the original Zunyi commercial bank, Liupanshui commercial bank and Anshun commercial bank. Since the private banking business of the city commercial bank is late and has a thin foundation as the Bank of Guizhou. A grass-roots branch manager, I expect to apply the knowledge of EMBA, especially the knowledge of enterprise management and commercial banks' private banking business, analyze the main problems and difficulties in the development of the private banking business of Guizhou bank, explore the differentiation strategy in the competition of the same industry, put forward the countermeasures, suggestions and the development of the implementation plan, in order to promote the private sector. The healthy development of banking business in city commercial banks will promote the healthy development of private banking in Guizhou.
The full text is divided into five chapters.
The first chapter is an overview of the private banking business of commercial banks. This chapter gives a conceptual exposition of the private banking business of commercial banks, introduces the development of high end personal financing and private banking business of commercial banks in China, expounds the significance of private banking in our commercial banks, and gives the private banks of commercial banks in China. A summary of the development of business.
The second chapter is the current situation and problems of the private banking business of the Bank of Guizhou. This chapter first presents the background of the establishment of the Bank of Guizhou and the status of the high-end personal financing business of the private bank of the Bank of Guizhou, and then points out the main problems in the development of the private banking business of the Bank of Guizhou.
The third chapter is the analysis of the private bank business environment of the Bank of Guizhou. This chapter first analyzes the environment and financial characteristics of the development of the private banking business of Guizhou bank, and then analyzes the competition situation of the private banking business of the main commercial banks in Guizhou province. Finally, it uses the SWOT analysis method, from the external and internal environment two aspects. The external opportunities, external threats, internal strengths and internal weaknesses of the Bank of Guizhou in the development of private banking business in Guizhou are analyzed.
The fourth chapter is the private banking market strategy of the Bank of Guizhou. This chapter first gives the development goals of the private banking business of the Bank of Guizhou, and then puts forward that the development of the private banking business of the Bank of Guizhou should choose the differentiated competitive strategy.
The fifth chapter of the Guizhou bank private bank business development countermeasures and suggestions. This chapter from the target market, brand building, talent cultivation, product innovation, optimal service and risk management and other aspects of the author to the development of the Bank of Guizhou in the development of private banking business development countermeasures.
The development of the private banking business of the Bank of Guizhou is not only the external necessity of the market competition and customer service, but also the inherent necessity of promoting the brand and competitiveness. Although the private banking business of the Bank of Guizhou is late, the foundation is thin and the foundation is poor, there are a large number of potential customers, and the Bank of Guizhou has a flexible mechanism as a city commercial bank. It has the advantages of short policy chain, sharp antennae, strong innovation and so on. The author expects that through the analysis of the main problems in the current private banking business of Guizhou bank, the development countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the study of the development of private banking in the Bank of Guizhou and to promote the private banking in the Bank of Guizhou. As well as the healthy development of various businesses, the author also hopes that this article will have some reference value for the same industry.
