【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国的经济得到了稳定和较快速度的增长,占据我国面积绝大部分的农村地区虽然也同样得到了发展与进步。但是,农村与城市的发展速度相比较还有很大的差距,尤其是我国中西部地区。2008年爆发金融危机以来,我国的经济增长有所放缓,经济增长的驱动方式也正在发生改变,由此为保证我国经济的持续健康稳定发展,作为农业大国的农业、农村、农民的“三农”发展变得尤为重要。“三农”要发展农村金融的发展必须先行,只有农村金融市场发展起来了才能为“三农”的发展提供资金支持。因此,我国农村特色的金融机构——村镇银行在国家的政策指引下于2007年登上“三农”发展的历史舞台,标志着—类崭新的农村银行业金融机构在我国农村地区正式诞生,将有效改善我国农村地区金融服务严重滞后的问题。 本文应用现代企业管理知识,以位于四川省仪陇县的YFHM村镇银行为案例,探讨村镇银行如何把握新的发展契机,分析、制定、选择和实施发展战略,为当地农村经济服务。 全文共分为六个章节: 第—章我国农村金融发展概况。本章首先阐述国内以及四川省农村金融总体发展概况,然后简述农村金融存在的问题以及在农村经济建设中的作用。 第二章YFHM村镇银行发展概况。本章首先介绍发起行的基本情况,阐述YFHM村镇银行的发展历程、现状,总结自成立以来所取得的成果。然后,给出在新形势下所面临的问题。 第三章企业战略管理概述。本章主要从理论知识体系的层面提出企业战略管理的基本框架、战略管理的流程以及具体的步骤。为下面章节分析YFHM村镇银行的发展与问题提供理论依据。 第四章YFHM村镇银行SWOT分析。在本章中将首先运用PEST以及波特五力模型对YFHM村镇银行所面临的外部环境进行分析。然后分析总结了YFHM村镇银行所具有的优势和劣势,面临的机遇和威胁。最后,给出YFHM村镇银行发展的SWOT矩阵分析图。 第五章YFHM村镇银行的战略选择。本章将结合上一章的分析结果,确定了在新形势下YFHM村镇银行发展的战略选择与定位,为未来的发展指明方向。 第六章YFHM村镇银行的战略实施建议。本章首先将对YFHM村镇银行战略实施的支撑条件进行分析,然后提出具体的战略实施步骤和措施,最后给出战略控制各个环节的建议。 笔者希望将所学的管理知识与YFHM村镇银行的发展相结合。同时,期望通过本文的分析,可以给村镇银行的发展提供一个有价值的参考。当然,鉴于笔者知识有限,文章中疏漏或错误之处,请各位老师不吝指正。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the economy of our country has been growing steadily and rapidly, and the rural areas, which occupy the vast majority of the area of our country, have also been developed and made progress. However, there is still a big gap between the speed of rural and urban development, especially in the central and western regions of China. Since the financial crisis broke out in 2008, China's economic growth has slowed, and the driving mode of economic growth is also changing. Therefore, in order to ensure the sustained, healthy and stable development of China's economy, as a big agricultural country, agriculture, rural areas and farmers'"three rural" development has become particularly important. In order to develop rural finance, the "three rural areas" must be developed first, and only when the rural financial market is developed can it provide financial support for the development of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers". Therefore, under the guidance of the national policy, the rural characteristic financial institution of our country, the village bank, stepped onto the historical stage of the development of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" in 2007, marking the formal birth of a new type of rural banking financial institution in the rural areas of our country. Will effectively improve the rural areas of China's financial services lag behind the problem. This paper applies modern enterprise management knowledge to YFHM Village Bank in Yilong County, Sichuan Province as a case study, discusses how the Village Bank can grasp the new development opportunity, analyze, formulate, select and implement the development strategy to serve the local rural economy. The full text is divided into six chapters: Chapter-A Survey of Rural Financial Development in China. This chapter first describes the general development of rural finance in China and Sichuan Province, and then briefly describes the problems of rural finance and its role in rural economic construction. The second chapter is about the development of YFHM Village Bank. This chapter firstly introduces the basic situation of the initiating bank, expounds the development course and present situation of the YFHM Village Bank, and summarizes the achievements made since its establishment. Then, the problems in the new situation are given. The third chapter is an overview of enterprise strategic management. This chapter mainly puts forward the basic framework, the process and the concrete steps of the strategic management from the level of theoretical knowledge system. It provides theoretical basis for the following chapters to analyze the development and problems of YFHM Village Bank. Chapter four: SWOT Analysis of YFHM Village Bank. In this chapter, PEST and Porter's five-force model are used to analyze the external environment of YFHM Village Bank. Then it analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by YFHM Village Bank. Finally, the SWOT matrix analysis diagram of YFHM village bank development is given. Chapter five: the Strategic Choice of YFHM Village Bank. This chapter will combine the analysis result of the previous chapter, has determined the strategic choice and the localization of the YFHM village bank development under the new situation, has pointed out the direction for the future development. The sixth chapter YFHM village bank's strategic implementation suggestion. This chapter first analyzes the supporting conditions of the strategic implementation of YFHM Village Bank, then puts forward the specific steps and measures of strategic implementation, and finally gives the suggestions of each link of strategic control. I hope to learn management knowledge and the development of YFHM Village Bank combined. At the same time, it is expected that the analysis of this paper can provide a valuable reference for the development of village banks. Of course, in view of the author's limited knowledge, the article omissions or mistakes, please do not hesitate to correct teachers.
