【摘要】：正我国社会经济发展进入转型期。市场化、国际化继续深入,金融市场的开放已势在必行。从公司治理机制来看,中管金融企业目前仍存在监管缺位、资本运营效率低、市场化程度不高等问题。中管金融企业在新的竞争环境下如何建立核心竞争力,与国际同行同台竞技,是迫在眉睫的战略抉择。建立健全现代公司治理机制,科学清晰地界定"三会一层"的职责边界,不断提高治理体系和治理能力建设现代企业制度的基石是有效制衡的公司法人治理
[Abstract]:Our country's social and economic development has entered a transitional period. Marketization, internationalization continue to deepen, the opening of the financial market is imperative. From the point of view of corporate governance mechanism, there are still some problems such as lack of supervision, low efficiency of capital operation and low degree of marketization. It is an urgent strategic choice for Chinese financial enterprises to establish their core competence and compete with their international counterparts in the new competitive environment. Establish and perfect the modern corporate governance mechanism, scientifically and clearly define the responsibility boundary of the "three councils and one layer", and continuously improve the governance system and the governance capacity the cornerstone of the modern enterprise system is corporate governance with effective checks and balances
