基于产业链发展的物流金融创新机理研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化不断深入,物流业作为一个集合物流、信息流和资金流的复合型产业快速成长,战略地位不断提高,并成为促进经济发展的重要因素。然而,受各种因素的制约,一方面物流企业不能为更多的处于产业链上下游的中小融资企业提供综合化、专业化的配套物流服务,另一方在面向现代物流发展的过程中也存在物流技术落后、资源配置失衡的状况,从而影响物流业的资金使用效率。在“第三方物流”更广泛地参与到传统物流的大环境下,金融业作为我国经济的核心产业,不仅为物流业提供了强大的资金保障,同时更延伸了物流业的产业链条,扩展了物流业参与经济活动的范围,在深化自身与物流业融合的同时,催生出依附于物流业的新兴产业“物流金融”。 文章最大的特色就是结合产业链的角度研究物流金融。首先分析了物流业和产业链的相互作用机制,在产业链的生命周期和结构类型下研究了物流业的活动特点和发展规律,也是本文研究物流金融需求和创新的出发点。其次,通过分析物流金融产品和服务的需求,结合物流业在产业链不同阶段和结构模式中发挥的作用,归纳出物流金融需求的特征,在物流金融供给的现实指导下为物流金融创新提供创新思路和方向,从而设计出物流金融创新的组织、制度、产品、服务和风险防范路径。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization, the logistics industry as a collection of logistics, information flow and capital flow of the complex industry has grown rapidly, strategic status has been improved, and become an important factor to promote economic development. However, restricted by various factors, on the one hand, logistics enterprises can not provide integrated and specialized logistics services for more small and medium-sized financing enterprises in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. In the process of facing the development of modern logistics, the other side also has the situation of backward logistics technology and unbalanced allocation of resources, which affects the efficiency of capital utilization in logistics industry. Under the environment of "third party logistics" participating in traditional logistics more extensively, the financial industry, as the core industry of our country's economy, not only provides a strong financial guarantee for the logistics industry, but also extends the industrial chain of the logistics industry. It expands the scope of the logistics industry to participate in economic activities, while deepening its integration with the logistics industry, at the same time, it gives birth to a new industry, "logistics finance", which is dependent on the logistics industry. The biggest characteristic of this article is to study logistics finance from the angle of industrial chain. Firstly, this paper analyzes the interaction mechanism between logistics industry and industry chain, and studies the characteristics and development law of logistics industry under the life cycle and structure type of industry chain, which is the starting point of this paper to study logistics financial demand and innovation. Secondly, by analyzing the demand of logistics financial products and services and combining the role of logistics industry in different stages and structural models of industrial chain, the characteristics of logistics financial demand are summed up. Under the guidance of the supply of logistics finance, this paper provides innovative ideas and directions for the innovation of logistics finance, and designs the organization, system, product, service and risk prevention path of the innovation of logistics finance.
