【摘要】:绩效管理日益成为银行提高核心竟争力、获取竟争优势的重要手段和途径。是不断超越自身和达成战略目标的重要保证。绩效评价不仅是银行对一定阶段经营管理状况和战略执行的检验和价值判断,同时其制度设计本身也反映了银行在特定时期的经营发展理念。 本文以A商业银行的内部绩效评价为研究对象。经过数十年的精耕细作,A商业银行已经成为一家在国内外享有良好声誉的银行集团,连续多年入选英国《银行家》杂志评选的“全球银行1000大”。因此,A商业银行具有我国商业银行普遍具有的特点。本文通过收集了国内外绩效管理的相关理论与成果,采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,多层面、多角度的分析了A商业银行内部绩效评价的现状,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策和建议。 先进的绩效评价不仅要关注银行当前的经营状况,更需要关注银行的战略愿景和战略目标。本文试图运用财务指标和非财务指标相结合等的方式来研究A内部绩效评价,从而促进A商业银行的健康发展以适应目前复杂多变的金融环境。
[Abstract]:Performance management has increasingly become an important means and approach for banks to improve their core competitiveness and gain competitive advantage. It is the important guarantee of constantly surpassing oneself and achieving the strategic goal. Performance evaluation is not only the test and value judgment of the operation and management status and strategy implementation in a certain period, but also the system design itself reflects the management and development concept of the bank in a specific period. This paper takes the internal performance evaluation of A commercial bank as the research object. After decades of intensive cultivation, Commercial Bank has become a banking group with a good reputation at home and abroad, and has been named "Global Bank 1000" by the British Banker magazine for many years. Therefore, A commercial bank has the common characteristics of commercial banks in China. Through collecting the relevant theories and achievements of performance management at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the present situation of internal performance evaluation of A commercial bank by using the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and analyzing the present situation of internal performance evaluation of A commercial bank from many aspects and angles. On this basis, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The advanced performance evaluation should not only pay attention to the current management situation of the bank, but also pay attention to the strategic vision and the strategic goal of the bank. This paper attempts to use the combination of financial indicators and non-financial indicators to study the internal performance evaluation of A, so as to promote the healthy development of A commercial banks to adapt to the current complex and changeable financial environment.
