【摘要】：伴随互联网金融的迅速发展,传统金融的中介价值正在被重新定义。在互联网技术的不断冲击下,银行渐渐回归本质,甩掉了很多交易、操作的属性,真正成为客户因各类专业金融的需求,与专业人士面对面沟通的渠道。在此背景下,泉州银行如果不顺应互联网金融的改革浪潮,加快战略转型发展,极有可能会在接下来的竞争中失去可能的市场空间。因此,论文以泉州银行在新形势下的发展战略问题为主题,不仅对中国城市银行的下一步发展有一定的借鉴意义,对泉州金融实验区的改革而言,也是极具战略意义的一笔。本文在深入剖析互联网金融与传统商业银行之间的竞争与合作关系的基础上,全面探讨了泉州银行在互联网金融加速发展背景下所存在的优劣势与所面临的机遇挑战,提出泉州银行在互联网金融背景下的战略定位、发展目标与实施策略等。论文的主要研究工作概括如下:系统阐述了论文研究的背景、意义,研究论证的思路和方法,介绍了论文的主要研究内容和框架。从银行发展战略的相关理论着手,探讨泉州银行、互联网金融的相关定义、特征与类别,进而转入分析泉州银行的发展历程、现状与问题。从竞争环境分析视角展开对新形势下泉州银行与互联网金融之间的关系进行分析,为后面的战略抉择提供必要的支持与引导。立足于泉州银行,探讨其在互联网金融加速推进的大背景下,发展存在的优势、劣势以及面临的挑战与机遇。提出新形势下泉州银行转型的战略定位、发展目标以及与其相适应的实施策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet finance, the intermediary value of traditional finance is being redefined. With the continuous impact of Internet technology, banks gradually return to the essence, shed a lot of transactions, operational attributes, and really become customers due to the needs of all kinds of professional finance, face to face communication with professionals channel. In this context, if Quanzhou Bank does not conform to the reform tide of Internet finance and accelerate the strategic transformation and development, it will probably lose the possible market space in the next competition. Therefore, the theme of the paper is the development strategy of Quanzhou Bank under the new situation, which not only has certain reference significance for the next development of China City Bank, but also is a very strategic significance for the reform of Quanzhou Financial Experimental Zone. On the basis of deeply analyzing the competition and cooperation relationship between Internet finance and traditional commercial banks, this paper comprehensively discusses the advantages and disadvantages of Quanzhou Bank under the background of the accelerating development of Internet finance, and the opportunities and challenges faced by Quanzhou Bank. The paper puts forward the strategic orientation, development target and implementation strategy of Quanzhou Bank under the background of Internet finance. The main research work of this paper is summarized as follows: the background, significance, thought and method of research and argumentation, and the main research contents and framework are introduced. Based on the theory of bank development strategy, this paper discusses the definition, characteristics and categories of Quanzhou Bank and Internet Finance, and then analyzes the development course, current situation and problems of Quanzhou Bank. This paper analyzes the relationship between Quanzhou Bank and Internet Finance in the new situation from the perspective of competitive environment analysis, and provides necessary support and guidance for the strategic choice in the future. Based on Quanzhou Bank, this paper discusses the advantages, disadvantages, challenges and opportunities of the development of Quanzhou Bank under the background of accelerating the development of Internet finance. This paper puts forward the strategic orientation, development target and corresponding implementation strategy of Quanzhou Bank under the new situation.
