乌海银行发展战略研究

【摘要】:城市商业银行是我国金融体系中的重要力量,对国民经济持续稳定健康的发展起着不容忽视的作用。随着银行间竞争的日益激烈化,城市商业银行越来越需要从战略上进行管理,从内外部的联系上进行整体性分析,明确发展战略,整合资源,从激烈的竞争中赢得生存和发展良机。 本文以乌海银行作为研究对象,通过分析乌海银行的发展历史、发展现状,从SWOT战略要素的角度对其发展所面临的宏观经济环境、行业竞争环境、企业内部资源和能力等方面进行了深入分析,得出乌海银行所面临的机会大于威胁、优势强于劣势,应该以SO增长型战略为主体战略,并在此基础上确立了乌海银行的总体战略、差异化竞争战略以及营销、人力、运营等职能战略,对战略的实施提出了争取政府支持、提供多种金融服务、发展村镇银行、寻求战略联盟和加快数字中心建设等几点建议。
[Abstract]:The city commercial bank is an important force in the financial system of our country, which plays an important role in the sustained, stable and healthy development of the national economy. With the increasingly fierce competition between banks, urban commercial banks increasingly need to manage from the strategic, from the internal and external links of the overall analysis, clear development strategy, integration of resources, Win the chance to survive and develop from the fierce competition. This paper takes Wuhai Bank as the research object, through the analysis of the development history and current situation of Wuhai Bank, from the perspective of SWOT strategic elements, the paper analyzes the macroeconomic environment and the industry competition environment faced by the development of Wuhai Bank. Based on the deep analysis of the internal resources and capabilities of the enterprises, it is concluded that the opportunities faced by Wuhai Bank are greater than the threats, the advantages are stronger than the disadvantages, so the growth strategy should be taken as the main strategy. On this basis, the overall strategy, differentiated competition strategy, marketing, manpower, operation and other functional strategies of Wuhai Bank are established, and the implementation of the strategy is proposed to win government support, to provide a variety of financial services, and to develop village and town banks. Seek strategic alliance and speed up the construction of digital center and so on several suggestions.
