工商银行内蒙古分行私人银行业务发展及对策研究

【摘要】:私人银行业务是以富裕阶层为目标客户的个人理财服务。随着改革开放30年以来的高速经济增长,富裕阶层的人数不断增加,特别是在当前金融危机的冲击下,中资银行看到了机会一些中国富裕人士可能更倾向于将其资产留在国内。因此,对私人银行业务具有潜在需求的客户将会越来越多。对商业银行来说,这些是发展私人银行业务的历史性机遇。工商银行为顺应这一趋势,全面提升综合竞争力,竞争优质客户,大力发展私人银行业务是其必然选择。本文对工商银行内蒙古分行私人银行开展的服务、发展的现状进行了介绍,对发展私人银行业务的优势、劣势、内外部环境、同业竞争情况进行了全方位分析,深入挖掘了目前工行内蒙古分行私人银行业务中存在的问题,并对存在问题的成因进行了分析。对工商银行内蒙古分行私人银行业务转型背景、发展方向作出思考和研究,并提出对策建议。最终得出的结论是,工商银行内蒙古分行开展私人银行业务最理想的模式应该是立足内蒙古地区市场,在深入了解区内私人银行客户需求与偏好的基础上,加快拓展客户规模,积极做好资产配置,创新发展项目推介,提升私人银行客户非金融服务品质,推动业务转型、加强培养专业人才以及完善私人银行业务体系,加强风险控制,这样才能真正打造出具有强大竞争力的私人银行业务发展模式。由于作者能力有限,肯定不会做到尽善尽美,但只求能够提出一点启发性的观点,希望能够为工商银行内蒙古分行私人银行业务的快速、健康发展做一点积极探索和研究。
[Abstract]:Private banking is a personal financial service aimed at wealthy clients. With the rapid economic growth of 30 years since reform and opening up, the number of wealthy people is increasing, especially in the light of the current financial crisis, Chinese banks see the opportunity some wealthy Chinese may prefer to keep their assets at home. As a result, more and more customers will have a potential demand for private banking. For commercial banks, these are historic opportunities to develop private banking. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) is an inevitable choice in order to comply with this trend, to promote comprehensive competitiveness, to compete with high quality customers and to develop private banking business vigorously. This paper introduces the service and development of the private bank in the Inner Mongolia Branch of ICBC, and analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, internal and external environment, and the competition of the same industry. This paper deeply excavates the problems existing in the private banking business of ICBC Inner Mongolia Branch, and analyzes the causes of the problems. The background and developing direction of the private banking business transformation of ICBC Inner Mongolia Branch are discussed, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The final conclusion is that the most ideal model for ICBC Inner Mongolia Branch to carry out private banking business should be based on the Inner Mongolia market, on the basis of in-depth understanding of the needs and preferences of private bank customers in the region, and accelerate the expansion of customer size. To actively allocate assets, promote innovative development projects, improve the quality of non-financial services for private bank customers, promote business transformation, strengthen the training of professionals and improve the private banking business system, and strengthen risk control. This is the only way to truly build a strong competitive private banking business development model. Due to the limited ability of the author, he will certainly not be perfect, but he only wants to offer some enlightening viewpoints and hope to make some positive exploration and research for the rapid and healthy development of the private banking business of ICBC Inner Mongolia Branch.
