我国商业银行消费信贷发展问题研究

【摘要】:目前我国经济正面临着有效需求不足的矛盾,特别是消费需求长期处于较低水平,消费率比中等发达国家水平低15到20个百分点。在这种形势下,消费信贷的研究具有重大现实意义。2012年9月1日,国务院办公厅印发了《国内贸易发展“十二五”规划》,指出要稳步发展消费信贷市场,有针对性地培育和巩固消费信贷增长点,集中推进汽车、家电、教育、旅游等与改善民生密切相关的信贷消费发展。此规划是在国家实施扩大内需特别是消费需求战略的背景下出台的,必将推动诸如家电、教育、旅游、电子商务等领域消费信贷快速发展。本文首先界定了消费信贷的概念,并对消费信贷的分类进行了分析,然后介绍了关于消费信贷的一些相关理论。其次,对目前我国消费信贷市场现状、消费信贷发展中存在的问题以及出现这些问题的原因作了深入分析。再次,,研究和总结了西方发达国家发展消费信贷的经验教训。最后,从做好消费信贷的宣传工作,加强消费信贷中的风险防范和管理,提高商业银行的防范意识,建立健全消费信贷的相关制度和法规,提出了推动我国商业银行消费信贷健康发展切实可行的对策建议。
[Abstract]:At present, our economy is facing the contradiction of insufficient effective demand, especially the consumption demand is in a low level for a long time, the consumption rate is 15 to 20 percentage points lower than that of the middle developed countries. In this situation, the study of consumer credit is of great practical significance. On September 1, 2012, the General Office of the State Council issued the 12th Five-Year Plan for the Development of domestic Trade, pointing out that the consumer credit market should be developed steadily. We should cultivate and consolidate the growth point of consumer credit, and focus on promoting the development of credit consumption which is closely related to the improvement of people's livelihood, such as automobile, household appliances, education, tourism and so on. Under the background of the national strategy to expand domestic demand, especially consumer demand, the plan will promote the rapid development of consumer credit in fields such as household appliances, education, tourism, e-commerce and so on. This paper first defines the concept of consumer credit, analyzes the classification of consumer credit, and then introduces some related theories about consumer credit. Secondly, the present situation of consumer credit market in China, the problems existing in the development of consumer credit and the reasons for these problems are deeply analyzed. Thirdly, it studies and summarizes the experience and lessons of developing consumer credit in western developed countries. Finally, from doing well the propaganda work of consumer credit, strengthening the risk prevention and management in consumer credit, raising the commercial bank's guard consciousness, establishing and perfecting the relevant system and regulations of consumer credit, The paper puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy development of consumer credit in Chinese commercial banks.
